So how these Omnia program appeared to be new, the old ones have COMPLETELY different UI!

And are you sure there will be no official Omnia update? I hope not, and if the base is not HIDE8, so why the scrolling is so hard like that, if you can try it yourself, specially in File Explorer.

Hi, I'm new here, I downloaded the ROM with 23071 manila, but now that do i? .7 z file.... before had flashed a few times but the file I downloaded was not .7 z was an application.

Any help? and sorry for my bad English.

Use WinRAR or 7-Zip to extract ".7z" file then flash your Omnia like always.

PS. Try to use Google next time, it's realy helpful :)

Also, is there anyway to change the default WM calendar in the home tab to link it with a 3rd Party calendar app I installed? I saw some forum-ers mentioning a Manila 2D thread, but I can't find it.... Thanks! =)

Yeah you need to install HTC Audio Manager to get it to work. Attached here :)

Also, that's easy. Use Total Commander (i prefer Resco explorer) and navigate to where you install the 3rd party calendar app, so for me i installed Samsung omnia lite's calendar in my storage, went to my storage, prog files->samsung->calendar and copied the exe file called 'tcalendar.exe'. Then i pasted it to \Windows BUT make sure you rename the 'tcalendar' to only calendar, so it overwrites the previous exe. Now the home tab will open the 3rd party app instead :(

Btw ryrzy, some info for your next release:

1) The omnia lite volume control doesn't work properly. Remove it and use Graddz one ;)

2) Use Sectors dusk screen lock, it looks better, you can find it in his ROM thread

3) If you could add ezinput back in that would be great

otherwise the ROM is fantastic. I love it and BRILL job! ;) if anyone needs help tweaking their omnia etc just PM me.

Thanks Mambo04! It's awesome!!! The calendar trick did help a lot! Finally can get rid of the 'ugly' default calendar interface. =P

Can anyone confirm there is a fix for the Samsung Phonepad problem where you couldn't enter text on a SMS or reply? I think the bug appeared in the 23064 build.

Would love to find out as Samsung Phonepad is my preferred method of input with my fat fingers.

SMS in Lite version seem like not working, can display and notification work well, but when i try to open the message, the whole phone in blank. :)

Unfortunately a buddy of mine has a problem with his headset using this ROM.

He just told me that he is unable to use the headset via RYZRY releases :(

I dont own a BT headset but below is what he says..

When you press the button on the headset, you say your friends name, you should hear what you said from the headset.

This is excatly what happens when using khuanchai roms.. (because vito speed dial is already cooked in the kitchen)

Btw its not that we're comparing the roms, dont get it wrong, i totally liked 23071.

But Ryzry doesnt cook roms with vito speed dial, my buddy installs the program seperately..

When pressing the button on the headset the keyboard appears! You say your friends name, nothing happens...

İs it possible to dial a friend via wired or wireless headsets?

we couldnt do it ;)

My other Q is... is there a way to import iexplorer favorites to opera?

I'm using My Home so that i always have my favs imported to explorer after a rom flash.

But i never use it ;) Opera's fine for me i wish i had the opportunity to import them somehow..

BTW just realized that radio is recording in slow motion..

Any ideas?

i have a small problem. i set up my alarm using new samsung clock (tclock.exe) and notification in touchflo still says there's no alarm set. does anybody know hot to fix that?

1. In titanium homescreen clock icon show alarm on forever.

2. Was unable to save missed call to existing contact with the new call log app.

I'm using the ----------- Build 23071 -------------- Lite.

dude you can't change the size of the icons. Microsoft has based this OS like this, it's not Ryrzy's problem :)

OccsE the manilla interface can only have one row. It isn't built to have more than one, well not in this version that is.

Just flashed the latest rom couple of days ago. Very fast and stable rom. The new samsung apps from the omnia lite is relatively lag free compared to their omnia counterparts and its a real plus =)

To satisfy my own curiosity, and for the sake of fun, i tried out the new online widget plus from the omnia lite on this rom. Overall, it surprised me as like the other omnia lite apps, it is relatively lag free. Three pages makes it more useful as well. The only down side is that the widget plus isnt optimise for the new wm6.5.1's bigger bottom bar and thinner top bar (but i guess nothing much can be done about it)
