Quick question: Why am i always losing the background on the "start menu" and on the lock screen? (I'm using the M2D version)

When you apply another theme, you have to copy the background.png file to your pictures folder and select this background in themes > background.

Then your you're lock- and today screen will have the same background as the choosen MD2 theme

Yes, I have of course ^^, but I don't know how to enable kinetic scrolling in this rom so I go to sector thread and download FtouchL and it's work ^^ just install and reset, don't config anything >>> it's work

Also work on my Omnia, no problem with sms/email scroll now. thanks

agreed on this.. please dont cook in FtouchL unless this problem has been fixed.. it makes it very hard to read sms in threaded mode.

After deleted a message, it will generate an empty message in drafts box automatically.

Hi Ryrzy,

I've tried different ROM's so far and I like yours best :) Previously had one installed with both m2d and titanium but that gave me annoyances because sometimes i would end up in titanium when i didn't want it and sometimes m2d closed for some reason. Also the startup was a bit a drag. But now i have your m2d lite rom and that's just awesome !

Really works like a charm.

I have one problem however: i miss the 'Paste as shortcut' functionality in file manager. I have Igo on my SD card and on a new rom i just paste a shortcut into the windows>start menu>programs folder but i cant do it now with this file manager. Do you now of there's a cab i can download which extends the file explorer you use with the paste shortcut functionality ?

Another problem i have with the file manager is that you do have file actions under menu (edit, send, view,...) but those actions are missing when you tap and hold on a file. And you cannot select a file by single tapping and then selecting menu because single tapping opens the file. So I think the edit, send and view actions are redundant under the menu button and should be added to tha tap and hold menu :-)

Hi Ryrzy, just an update:

I noticed that totalcommander was included in your rom so i used that to create the shortcut. I still think some of the actions found under the 'menu' button in file manager belong solely to the tapandholdonafileorfolder menu but ofcourse that's for the developer of that file manager.

I do have a new question: when it rains, i see a nice animation in the weather tab: raindrops and a wiper. Is it possible to have animations for the other weather conditions (sunny, night, clouded,...) ? Can someone point me in the right direction for this ?

Ryzry hi.

My friend from a turkish forum has a question about your 23506 ROM, i hope you answer them both.

First of them is about SRS WOW.. about why you dont implement the program into your roms, and also is there a reason about it..

The secont one is, in favoritesettings, when he clicks sounds buttun, the LCD shows the loading icon but nothing is actually loading.

There are some scratches on the lcd and in case you press close.. It turns to normal scren!

I havent tried this rom yet, you know that i have some LCD blackout problems.

Now i Flashed into my original rom JUHJ2. (6.1)

While i charge my omnia and turn off the LCD manually, i can turn it on manually.

You know that i had a situation with turning the LCD on using your 23071.

i still use your 23081 m2d rom and every one or two days i get blackscreens, too.

the display won´t wake up anymore, nothing happens if i press a button etc. even if i get called or get an sms... no sound, nothing.

the only thing that still works is the led under the power-button. programms still have to work, because it still blinks in the color i set in notif-blinker...

only thing that helps is:

-softreset via button on the top

-battery out/in

will try your next roms.

Hi All,

I have a problem with active synch in Windows 7.

When I connect my phone to the computer, the sceen on the phone turns black after few seconds and I cant even do soft reset. I have to take out/in battery to reboot the phone.

I'v tried to deactivate firewall but it doesnt help. It works like a charm in Windows xp and it worked in Win7 before ive flashed phone.

Another problem i have is that when i use 3rd part media players like Nitrogen player and coreplayer and lock my screen when i listen to the music, the sound hacks periodic for 1-2 seconds.

I cant set up my Internet since i flashed my ROM to 23056. I normally getting my WAP and MMS setting from Samsung mobile website but this time i entered my details on the samsung website for WAP and MMS configuration sms . I did not get any configuration sms sent to my mobile. I tried at least 3 times without any success. I would love to get Internet on my mobile back.I flashed my mobile at least 10 times and i was getting my configuration sms from Samsung website it did not happen this time Could any one help? I'm on O2 pay as you go

Which do you think is the ROM that could be the closest to the official one? I mean like the original firmware updated to windows mobile 6.5... Classic in style and very simple..
