So why did you removed the theme maker? Do you have a cab to reinstall it?

I need to be able to change my bar colors to match all my m2d themes..

the theme maker is for 6.1 and it will kill the 6.5 menu pop us so that why it hasnt been in ANYONES roms since we started doing 6.5, i just cant seem to delete the .lnk

Try this thread. I know it is about trying to change the color of the text on the taskbar, but the RC mod app should change the color of the taskbar itself if I remember right.

Not sure if I am missing something, but I just successfully flashed to the VZW CF03 (from the C220) and then to your V1.4CF and now my WIFI is completely gone.

There is no longer any wifi option in the wireless manager. All I have is bluetooth and phone. This is incredibly strange. I have never had any problems with your other roms and your work is always fantastic.

No wifi is a major issue. Anyone else with this issue?

Well I soft reset a couple of times and still no good and then I did a few more soft resets while installing stuff and it came back! I am now showing the Wi-Fi option again and it seems fine. Whew glad that panned out.

Sorry to concern you bga7x. Loving your 1.4CF rom!

replace the omnia task.exe with a fake .exe that will kill it! just make like t text file rename it to the same as the one you want to replace use resco or the like to overwrite. That should work!

Thanks, I'll try that... but couldn't I just delete (or move it somewhere else) the Omnia task.exe file with Resco?

Hmm.... I tried that but it just came back (i.e. something restored both the EXE and the LNK). There must be a service or installed program somewhere that is doing this - If I could figure it out I could just disable it via SKTools!

If it is a program in the ROM then you will not be able to get rid of it. You can do what bga7x said earlier but there is no way to delete it.

I'm willing to bet he is an i900 user and is looking for an exe.

PROBLEM

WHen I started the flash, UMDL said something of the sort, "Invalid ROM."

Now my screen on my Omnia seems to be stuck on the "Do Not Disconnect...." screen with the green status bar full.

What should I do?

UPDATE. I'm reflashing with the CF03 rom so my phone isn't bricked. However, I'm assuming I have to rename the file from .bin.7z to .bin?

No. You have to UNZIP the 7ZIP file to get the bin file.

Love these roms you put out. I only use yours. You remove just the right things (besides Visual Voice Mail, I still use that =]) and it seems to run the quickest. However, I have one question and one issue. You seemed to have removed MSN weather, and I kind of liked that because I could open it up and it would have the weather to many different cities of choosing. Would you happen to have a CAB for that? I have looked everywhere but can't find it.

And also, I have noticed that when I get a lot of text messages stored up, exiting the message screen will freeze before it goes back to the today screen. The more text messages I have between me and a person, the longer it will take. For example, if I am in a threaded message with person A, and we have many text messages between us, it will freeze for quite some time before going to the today screen. But then if I go into a threaded message with person B but there are very few messages between us, it will switch to the today screen rather quickly.

Would you happen to have a fix or solution to this besides me having to delete the threaded message several times a day? I love threaded messaging so I don't want to turn it off, and I like being able to go back quite a ways so, I was just wondering.

Anyway, thanks for all your help! You do a great job with these ROMs!

Ok, but if you just make it a empty text file, would that not give an error when it (WinMo) tries to execute it? Or would we just need a no op 'fake' program?
