Guest Chimp Posted August 18, 2009 Report Posted August 18, 2009 Also, anyone know of a fix to get Sashimi to automatically install into My Storage rather than Storage Card all the time? Again, it worked fine before on the older builds, but not on any of these newer builds. /Chimp
Guest pangtm Posted August 18, 2009 Report Posted August 18, 2009 Build 21928 This build is OS Version 5.2.3865, dated July 13, 2009, build is 21928.5.0.60 and it is from MD1 branch This is WM trying new things more finger friendly Menus among other things!! Most of the same stuff as my 23009 rom I did remove the low batt warning notification Download:V1.0 http://www.4shared.com/file/121161618/c821...eta_v10bin.html Is this the latest MD1 Rom? So far I find this is the most stable compare to those Microsoft 's rom. Any one can input and place a mirror for the latest update ? thanks
Guest Chimp Posted August 18, 2009 Report Posted August 18, 2009 Bgill: Is this a newer Opera version? I am finding that I can no longer double-tap on the screen to auto zoom in. /Chimp
Guest Chimp Posted August 18, 2009 Report Posted August 18, 2009 Sorry to hit you again, but I found another thing: When Opera is initially displayed, the keyboard icon stays in the bottom of the screen, overlaying that area in the bottom of the Opera window. Anyone else see this? /Chimp

Guest Grassguy Posted August 18, 2009 Report Posted August 18, 2009 And what about 23601 ? (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=544445&page=123) 23601 is a branch of 23022, therefore older than 23401.

And what file will we overwrite? All I see is a blank image....
Guest bga7x Posted August 18, 2009 Report Posted August 18, 2009 23601 is a branch of 23022, therefore older than 23401. straight from Da_g 23403 is currently the newest CE OS code, (this is COM4) - it is not timebombed and is now the main branch. 23028 is currently the newest UI code (COM3) 23603 is LGE (LG Electronics OEM build) and is branched off around 23022. 21944 is MD, with both older UI and CE OS code than 23403 So, that's why I ported 23403 and not the others. Also seeing as 21943 and 23601 are both even older than those

Guest Chimp Posted August 18, 2009 Report Posted August 18, 2009 k @chimp can u confirm what u are getting @ BGA7X try just the png without cab click to view then right click and save image as Hmm... OK let me try again, maybe I grabbed a blank bar or something before. I've expanded the picture by clicking on it, then saving that .png. Then transferring it to my Omnia into Windows folder and then soft resetting... Working now, back in a minute or so.
Guest Chimp Posted August 18, 2009 Report Posted August 18, 2009 k @chimp can u confirm what u are getting @ BGA7X try just the png without cab click to view then right click and save image as Ok, I must have grabbed the wrong bar before (or it didn't copy over the ROM one properly). Anyway, yes, now I am getting the glassy light blue bar just like bgill is showing above. Maybe it is transparent and just showing the blue background underneath it? /Chimp

Guest Bomama94 Posted August 18, 2009 Report Posted August 18, 2009 Nothing personal but I despise 1.7. I realize its part of the new 6.5 build but everything is too big for me. Maybe its because I've gotten use to the smaller windows and buttons but everything just feels convoluted, so I'm flashing back to 1.5.1. I love that rom and it also my omnia ran a little more smoothly with less freezes and glitches. Your a great chef and keep up the good work.
Guest Bomama94 Posted August 18, 2009 Report Posted August 18, 2009 Hey Bgill, awesome roms. Would you happen to know how to backup or transfer over my CHomeEditor settings i've made every time I flash? I usually make new panels or remove a couple and I get tired of doing it after every flash :D Yeah get Sashimi and use PHM to export your registry file to the Storage Card/SASHIMI/Auto/REG directory and after the flash do the autorun and your chome will be exactly as it was. Weather location, favorite contacts, etc. Credit to dcmnado for showing me how to do that.
