we have to wait until 3rd party app catch up to this. they have their app set up for a different screen size with WM changing everything around they will have to fix their apps accordingly.

Good to know. The resco cut off is not a big deal. Not having "ok" buttons on some screens is a bit of a problem though. BTW, just tried to install HTC Ring tone maker and I am having the distortion issueas well in portrait mode.

make sure you install the correct version of the HTC audio manager there are some that dont work on our phones make sure its for wqvga

I never installed audio manager because it was already one of the panels on the today screen built into your ROM. Just to be clear, are you saying I need to find one and install it for the HTC Ring Tone distortion to go away? Will this impact how quickly MD2 finds and populates the music library as well?

Bgill, love the new soft button layout of 23034 on 1.9 Flotanium. Have to report the same home screen distortion

from a few posts back. Looks related to automatic changes of orientation.

I had this screen distortion issue at times in 1.7 and 1.8. It's only on the main screen. I'll try 1.9. I do have my orientation set to automatic and etiquette pause checked for what it's worth..

I 'am trying 1.9 and WAS happy with the ROM until I used..... PSHUTXP.

I now have lost my home page,

only a grey backgound that was on home page and the stupid PSHUTXP program .

I have two contacts tabs on the bottom.

I did several resets with PSHUTXP.

I did resets with the main switch,I pulled the battery.

I'm may reformat or go back to another ROM any one else have this problem???

Damn I really liked this 1.9 until now :D

I too have noticed the 2 contacts buttons on the bottom a few times with 1.8... I have never used the pshutxp tho. I think a soft reset fixed it.

USB only with this program.

RE: Internet sharing You can use it as a bluetooth area network. I would assume that USB would be faster but with the BAN you SHOULD be able to connect multiple computers at once. You need to make sure that activesync is not running to be able to connect to the internet.

ehh never mind still lags a little but its better i think

lag is 10000 times better than the last two versions. I had reported having to go back to somewhere around 1.5 because of the lagging/delayed texting.... It was most noticeable if you tried to type "!!!!!!!" or something like that. If you can do that without having to take a small breath (like half a second to 1 second) in between each "?" then you DON'T have a lag. lol. This ROM is AWESOME!!!! i am a pretty speedy typist and have no problems. Everything about 1.9 is fantastic (using flotanium....) so a HUGE THANK YOU again and again for this and your other roms too!

Ok, now my the touchscreen response is excelent, the keyboard (TouchPal 3.1) is responding just as fast as i can type. I did 2 things that weren't there when it was very slow. I changed the registry, HKLM\HARDWARE\DEVICEMAP\TOUCH\Click to 5120, and DownUp to 896. Then i installed TouchResponse and just made it vibrate on the keyboard. I swear, i'm not sure which one did it, or if was a combination of the two, but it seems to be just as, if not better than previous builds.

This ia some very nice roms but I was wondering would you consider a base rom of :v1.9 M2D "FloTanium or allow cabs for items so they can be installed with XDA_UC instead of automatic install because I have a number of applications that I perfer but once I install them my memory level is showing only about 30mb free... Latly I have been keep my units with close to 100mb free. I have tried the 1.5 M2d "lite" rom and after all my applications install I have 110mb free but I like the layout of v1.9 better.

I had an issue come up - I was using opera and I got an incoming call, and the incoming call screen just sort of froze there. A soft reset fixes the issue (BTW, this also happened when installing a .cab.),

Anyone else have this come up?

Any workarounds?

Hey I am using 1.9 Flotanium and its awesome but when I click all settings it takes me to network settings and when I click on the browser softkey or the omniarom.com link neither do anything. Any idea why this is happening?

Am I the only one this is happening too?

can i enlarge the point size of the email screens? (eyes are getting old)

on the apps page, there is a button for Large Display, but when i try to push it, or activate it via my nav pad, nothing happens.

It's been removed, the icons still there though. you can change icon size and text size however (i didn't like how big everything was so i made it smaller.)

Can the icons to be made bigger via advanced config or another way? I really like the large 3 row default wm 6.5 views. Otherwise great to have the black theme on 1.9. And I use Sashimi to restore all my mail settings and fav cab files, so frequent flashing is a breeze now. Good work on the new build.

Anybody have any insight why wunderradio shuts down unexpectedly on some stations. It works fine on one of the local stations where i'm at but not for bbc 1 and many others. Some of these stations sometimes cause the app to open up the browser so maybe the problem has something to do with that? I've used wunderradio on blazingwolfs and cc20 roms and it worked flawlessly. If anyone can download the demo and try to see if it works for them let me know.

well this is where im at at with the lockscreen! not distortion at the bottom moved the lock over a bit more like S2U2, but also no date :D , back to work so much trial and error with this sorry for the delay!

Welp, tried bgill's rom twice, and it freezes on his splash screen. *shrug*

Correct phone, correct verizon update, correct following of instructions. The lil' greyscale box just quits after a while.

Looked good, too.

Had the same issue a few weeks back. Not sure what caused my issue, but then something worse happened. I was no longer able to flash to 6.5 ever no matter what rom I used. Couldn't figure it out and I ask for help with no resolution. I had to send back my Omnia and Verizon replaced it because I told them the "My Storage" was not coming up. They replace Omnias with no questions asked if you tell them that.

Hopefully you don't get the same problem.

just tap the bottom Left corner where the start icon should be! It used to be the top left corner but the moved the icon down!
