In my other post, I said it worked fine in blazingwolfs last cc20 rom, a rom that is also a 6.5 build. It worked ok on some feeds but on other's wunderradio crashed. So my guess there's something within those feeds that the rom can't read. IDK, that's just pure speculation. This rom works best for my needs outside of the wunderradio issue, that's why i'm seeking an answer on how to get it to work.

you can change it in the reg settings here ya go!

Use a 3rd party keyboard; there's no lag.

If you're using SPB MS3, just set a button to bring up [Task Manager], this will bring up SPB's task manager..

Yeah I second that. Finger Keyboard works great too.

Bgill, I noticed that I can enable the dialer you used a few builds ago in advanced config... I believe that it was the one that was ported across with the grey'ed out call log button... I noticed that the background to that dialer was your old mercury drop splat background... Is there a way I can get that dialer either in a cab or future builds with your blacked out theme to match 1.9?? I love that dialer with the keyboard lock so my fat face doesn't make calls for me :D

I enabled the phone skin through advanced config in 1.9 that brings out this dialer I'm talking about. I also noticed the funky scrolling bar on the right side of the screen that covers up some buttons. Is there a way to zap this away somehow too??

Well I really did have an Omnia that no longer showed the "My Storage" at any time, just the SD card. And you you hook up to a pc all you got was the SD card. I had an Omnia replaced for that. This last time I don't know what happened but 6.5 would not run at all (I could though use the build and set my Today Screen to the standard view and use the phone that way) but I was not having that. So I used the same excuse and got another Omnia that has no issues!

Haha wow so they didn't like plug it in and test it or anything? Mine has gotten bad call quality and my touch screen is a little beat up and I was thinking about putting a little water in it but covering up the indicator and hope they replace it under warranty. Think this would work?

Been using 1.9 since you released it. WOW! It is very stable! For those of you that use the screen rotation on automatic, I made a shortcut of CHome Refresh.exe in \Program Files\CHomeEditor to \Windows\Start Menu\ and put it as the camera button, that way if Chome got funk-ti-fied, i can just press the camera button and all is well. I'm having absolutly no lag with this ROM BTW. Even told my wife that I wouldn't be flashing for a while! Well...unless...I hear a bugfix edition of 1.9 is in the works!

EDIT: OK, one issue with 1.9 for me personally, PIE is still buggy. I hate the new zoom feature. I don't know what MS is thinking, the PIE build that was in 1.6 was perfect. I just did 1 reg edit and it was my favorite browser. I'm using Opera 9.7 right now and it's ok, but i miss the previous builds of PIE.

Wouldn't it be easier to use qbus Rotation Service, that way you can just set the apps you want to rotate without wasting a button.

Ok, now my the touchscreen response is excelent, the keyboard (TouchPal 3.1) is responding just as fast as i can type. I did 2 things that weren't there when it was very slow. I changed the registry, HKLM\HARDWARE\DEVICEMAP\TOUCH\Click to 5120, and DownUp to 896. Then i installed TouchResponse and just made it vibrate on the keyboard. I swear, i'm not sure which one did it, or if was a combination of the two, but it seems to be just as, if not better than previous builds.

I'm having two issues using MS 3. One is when I change the MS theme color, it will change to that color briefly, and then go right back to Indigo, I believe it is. Secondly, how do I bring up the task manager in MS? No problems out of the shell, but in it I can't seem open it in the shell.

Looks like installing the TouchResponse and having it vibrate on the keyboard was the key. I did both setting and then set the registry back to the original settings and the keyboard still had a fast response time. Thanks!

That was it! That was the showstopper for me! This is now officially the best ROM that I have installed to my phone. M2D is very fast and the ability to now type fast just put it over the top. Thanks Grassguy!! And BG for your tireless work to find solutions to the ROM issues.

Anyways 2 issues I've been having with latest edition.

1) Setting alarms, every time I try to play more then 3-5 alarm sounds, phone kicks me out to settings menu and resets all my alarms to default.

2) Attempting to turn on GPS, phone gets stuck and won't let me exit the GPS settings in the phone settings.

oops forgot to change that!!! here is a fix for you! install this cab to device memory and soft reset! I would have done the carbon but you could hardly see the names.

not sure about the alarm issue never had that problem.

as for the phone settings like GPS this a known issue for these newer builds. Workaround Map one of your hard keys to OK/Close and that will fix it!
