HKLM/Software/HTC/Manilla2d/internet Widget

change the Web Browser type from 2 to 1 this will set opera as the defualt web broser in the new M2D. If havent already right aove the is the browser path make sure it reads: OperaEXEFile

\Windows\Opera9.exe

I found in the registry where to change the 2 to 1, but where and how do you change the path to \Windows\Opera9.exe ?

How would the whole process differ if I wanted to use Skyfire?

right above that entry you will see where you need to change it! not sure about skyfire!

i dont have Flotanium on my phone right now to give you the exact entry but if you you M2DC to change the default internet browser that will change it for you!

2 questions for anyone that knows...

I know you have the volume fix built into the rom, but would the

CF03 rotary volume control (in russian black) also work or does

this strain of 6.5 break it? I'm at work so can't try it right now

myself... it would just be nice to have the camera zoom continue

to work.

for the garbled caller ID picture when the phone is locked?

one way you can rid of it, but you won't have that same incoming call slide 2 answer/ignore screen

is installing s2u2 and enabling the s2 answer function

not really a solution, but an alternative

I really like that start menu! It fits more icons on the screen, and solves the lag that 4-in-a-row causes most of the time. Thats getting filed on my sdcard!

im using the cfo3 volume control with gradds green volume skin and im not seeing any strain at all

I've been getting those garbled Caller ID images since I first flashed to a 23000 rom, to be honest I think it looks kind of cool sometimes.

I get the garbled pictures as well. It doesn't happen all the time but it does do it. In fact I got a call before checking the forum and the picture is filled with lines and twisted.
