great job, maybe this will save you time. i downloaded the cab for M2D & then installed it over your new rom, unchecked win default & then checked touch flow, it worked, did i do this correctly? if so we just have to add the cab, THANKS for all your good work!!!

I know this might be a bit of a noob question... But how do you manipulate the background? Is it a setting in blisstanium that I haven't played with yet or is there a sequence of file manipulations and renaming extensions???

Thanks for the fix Bgill! LOL, my wife is gonna be pissed, I flashed 2.4 3 times last night trying to get it to work. Good to know that 2.4.1 fixes it! I have a reg edit to enable the "fit to screen" with IE when zoomed if anyone wants it. I'll post it later when i have time.

Mobile Opitmized View Minimum

Change

Enable Auto Font Resize

DWORD 0

That's it, no need for a soft reset.

Now when you double tap in a webpage (in mobile view in menu\view) it will fit the text to the screen so you don't have to scroll right.

B, you have outdone yourself with this new ROM 2.4.1. If it were not for you I would have got rid of this phone - and Verison - two months ago. Great job...again!!

Got a cuple of minor issues.

1. I can not open up MMS messages. the message will arrive, then 5 seconds later the sound catches up?!? I go to open it and the screen does nothing.

2. In ver 2.3 i sent out bulk mms messsages for up to 9 people. It seems that only 5 out of the 9 people get the message. This has not happened yet with 2.4.1 (becasue I can't access it), but I was wondering if you had heard about this?

3. I use s2u2 to lock the screen. If I am playing a youtube video s2u2 will close and put Opera to sleep until I slid it open. What do I have to do to make sure that Opera, Core Player et. al. do not close up while using them?

For the S2U2 problem, you have to edit the reg

go to \HKCU\Software\A_C\S2U2\Exceptions\

in

ExceptionEXE00

change entry to

opera9.exe

go to (w/ file explorer)

\Program files\S2U2\

Click on ilock2.exe (to close)

Click on ilock2.exe again (to restart)

AC will be updating this in a new S2U2 release so that you can do this via S2U2 settings

I like IE, Opera crashes and uses LOTS of program memory and seems sluggish to me.

Nope. It is there in the inbox but when I tap it the screen remains the same. I saw that there was an MMS fix on here a while back (which I can not find now :) ). I was not having the problem described so I ignored it and the page number it was on. I don't know if it addressed this particular problem.

UPDATE: There is this nifty little "search topic" field at the BOTTOM of the thread that comes in handy. I am accustomed to seeing this at the TOP of thread so....needless to say I am a bit red faced.

I found the cab. It was a fix for the problem. Sorry about this. Like I said, i glanced over the fix a while back because i did not have this problem - now i do. I'm straight. I don't know if this addresses the multiple contacts problem, but we shall see. Thanks.

That's funny cause I had the same issue on 2.3. I found that getting into IMSelector and chaning keyboards and then changing back seemed to fix this problem for me, not quite sure why though... I do have to say, in 2.4.1 my keyboard is more laggy than 2.3, and doesn't seem to vibrate anymore without TouchResponse, but I'm not complaining!
