I would love to see your version of M2D 2.0 that was recently ported.

Im not a fan of turning my phone into a iphone look alike but ill look into it.

M2D has a problem with images and its a mem hog maybe around 56-60 all the time. Maybe if I tweaked the pagepool down some it would be a bit better but meh. I can't get the images to show up in photos/videos and there is no voicemail notification so its kinda not worth it atm. And I can't get 19 m2d to work on the new builds 100% yet

No problem if you don't like the iphone look. I just wanted to add something for the guys to try. It is very quick to setup so I don't mind having titanium as the default install. Have you though about putting JMLToday into your builds?

I want to put in JML but it seems like it has battery drain issues. Have you ever used it? I like the iphone one im on the fence about adding it though.

hey everyone, just thought i would say i did me first ever flash to a custom rom just now. just finished loading it, waiting for it to reboot. hopefully i will like it better then the one that came on my omnia!

first off, i am sorry if this was asked already, but i flashed to your latest version, it seems sms text messages work, the phone part seems to work, but i tried sending a mms message, and it just says connection failed. is there a setting i need to change?

i flashed it, then called *228 and did option 1, restarted the phone, then option 2 and restarted the phone.

If MMS doesnt work

Start-> Messaging-> MMS -> Menu -> MMS Options -> Profile -> Edit Profile -> Data Connections -> Data Network Connection -> Done -> OK -> Enjoy!

is there a way to make the screen auto rotate when you turn the phone? i saw it said you removed it. is there maybe a program that does this that you could recommend for me? thanks

Use a registry editor and change:

From

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\MotionSensor]

"AutoOrientation"=dword:00000000

to

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\MotionSensor]

"AutoOrientation"=dword:00000001

The rotate on the omnia is to sensitive you will end up rotating when you don't want to etc.

What you can do is go to the buttons and change one of your side buttons to the rotation and rotate that way which

is easier and u can rotate on demand.

I keep my phone on landscape maybe ill turn it for internet but usually most apps do that on there own im not sure opera does it but i know the youtube app plays sideways

EDIT: Yea you can do that but trust me you will find your phone twisting and turning when you don't wnat it to. For me it was happenign when I was in a call then when i try to put the phone the right way it would flip back then flip again was aggrovating. Plus we can get more apps on our phone in portrait than in landscape

Nice rom. But I have a question. Is it REALLY necessary to have that video played every time I turn on my phone? I wish there was an option to turn it off *hint hint* Good work. Why doesn't it auto lock when you make phone calls?

okay this seems silly, but i have been trying to add some functions to the different buttons on my phone, and i can't seem to figure out how to create a new function. the only one there is camera hold and it says it should open camera. this seems stupid, but how do i add a new button to the list so i can set what it does? thanks

Auto lock shoudl work check settings if its not I have a habit of jus pressing the sleep butotn at the top during calls

HAS NEW CONTACTS w00t I dindt use the cab everyone else is using this build has the actual new contacts look hope they spruced it up.

Mr. Cap, just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that the ROM is fan-tastic! As a side note: I thought I would miss the auto screen rotation, but not so at all. I like the phone so much better without the constant flip-flop-flip-buzz-buzz. Icons are unique, super job, my man.
