If the buttons were always in the large layout it wouldn't be that bad. When it comes up in landscape it's very tedious. Anyone know how to hack that setting so I can turn it off? If so, hopefully the exchange server doesn't check the setting each time I connect. Maybe I have to live with it. Thought I'd give it a shot.
