HACK the screen lock?

Access to Exchange server forces phone lock to turn on. Entering that 4-digit number all the time is becoming annoying. If the buttons were always in the large layout it wouldn't be that bad. When it comes up in landscape it's very tedious.

Anyone know how to hack that setting so I can turn it off? If so, hopefully the exchange server doesn't check the setting each time I connect.

Maybe I have to live with it. Thought I'd give it a shot.
