Sorry guys, my tip worked all day, but after an urgent Hard reset for other reasons, it never worked again.

I guess my omnia is alive, and learn hahaha.

I think the REAL roots of this problem was in ROM index- HIDE 13 :D))))

I had the HIDE2 rom on my phone for a while. Liked it a lot, until it started to give popups about that the beta testing license would expire 1-12-2009.... :)

Flashed the 28002 and experienced the 'coma' problem aswell. Otherwise it works fine and fast. Although I cant seem to get Garmin Mobile XT 5.00.20W working anymore. Keeps crashing during the installation. Just starting the executable manually also gives an error.

I'm going back to the version before 28002.

i tried classic 28002 but can't get gps to work...

hard reset, soft all but always like com3 is not accessible...

changing com port doesn't help...

any1 else?

Hey I'm in this whole thing for a while now....was a SECTOR fanatic but now he quit and I had to find a new gd cook and I think I found one!

But some things:

-In Wifi menu the Button "advanced" doesn't work!

-GPS doesn't work

-Wake-up problem

-The touch responsible is rly gd but touchpoint is not exact. U have to touch higher than the button so that u get it.For example :If u exactly touch a line, theres a chance that u chose the line under the one u want...(when u want to chose between music titles for example). 2-3 milimeters is the differnce between touchpoint and button or line ur chosing...that's by far 2 much...

-Next thing is more a question then a bug....Sector was rly indulging all of us with his ROMS. Is there a chance to get the Titanium panels like they were in Sector's ROMS. For example a panel that shows RAM usage or another one that shows call, mailbox and sms status in one and not in 3 panels as it is the case atm...a app panel that can start ur favorite apps or a weather panel would be very nice...

And one thing...when u can fix these things ur ROM is far better than all ROMS is used so far. Wanna know why? UR Mem usage is phenomenal!!! That's it! Omnia runs like the devil and is so stable! So rly gd work m8!

Same here! GPS doesn't work either with Route 66 or IGO!

This is the only thing preventing me from using your roms. Also, the Biggest problem with the wake up bug is that you don't get calls when it's blocked. Otherwise I wouldn't mind having to softreset once in a while!

Trying to upload the lite roms now. GPS is working and the sleep bug isn't there on 23509, been testing for 24hrs now and it's running really well!!! :)

Excellent, It'll be the first thing I do when I get home from work tonight :D I've put Hammer's V10 rom on my phone to see if it's got the sleep bug too, and it has :D

I would like to get the standard Omnia and the Orange windows start screen in a cab if possible. Is there a link to that on the forum somewhere because your ROM, without the sleep bug and with a standard boot screen would be 100% perfect for me :D

Download the classic rom 2 times but the rar file is corrupt and cannot have the file.

Have u also fixed the WLAN problem with the Button"Advanced" in WIFI Menu?

And one question....when I want to connect to special WLAN networks(where I have to enter user, security standard and so on) I go to new Commanger WIFI menu and then the prog says I have to go to the old WIFI menu to enter all datas in there...for normal secured networks which just use normal types like wpa the new one works but not for networks which use certificates....so when new commanager and it's wlan menu can't handle all that, why don't u keep the older one for standard? New commanager is nice to look at but I need functionality and not a nice gimmick...I know ur not SECTOR and u do ur own ROMS and that's gd but he kept the old commanager for standard and put the new one in for these who want to use it.

It saves time...or maybe u can keep the new commanager and can change it's wlan menu to the older wlan menu?

And another point: maybe u could build in HTC album for viewing pictures...sure everyone could install it for himself but a standard picture viewer like HTC album should be gd to have in every ROM

The sleeping bug is very strange and only started for me after around 20hrs... And the GPS several ppl have had the same problem, so i think it's in the rom.. I've abandonned 28002 and replace with 23509 which is why you can't find it :D .. If it works well for you, good, it's a very fast build.. Only major issues are GPS and "sleeping" bug :(

Well from reading it seems like this is the best ROM out there atm for M2D2. I would love to update but my university blocks rapidshare and mediafire, would someone be able to upload somewhere else or even email me a copy? Im stuck on a really buggy version on KC's rom that i downloaded at home and desperately need an update!

I've tried 23509 ROM. It works like a charm except few issues:

a) I've changed themes in windows themes and m2d. Is there a way to get your default theme back, and how?

:D GPS don't work. That is the biggest thing that will prevent me from using this ROM . Is there a workaround for this?

c) TouchFlo sometimes resets. Other words, when I return to home screen it says Launching TouchFlo...BUG or?
