Hard reset 2 times and same :D ! I had it in 28004 but not in 28004 fixed .

EDIT : GO BACK TO 28004 FIXED

Resco Explorer 2010 beta locks my phone if i touch start icon, must soft reset the phone on 28005 clasic titanium...

Nick, you are the best (I'm repeating myself, but who cares? Love your work)

Anyway, a couple of suggestions for future builds:

1. Fingerkeyboard- For some reason, the version that you cook in your recent Rom's has the colour bug- if the user attempts to change the "theme" of the keyboard to, say, BlackIce, the colors get all white on white and it's virtualy unusable. Now, I got a different version of Fingerkeyboard that works perfect for me, But since your Roms come with Fingerkeyboard already cooked in, then replacing it with the good version is a hassle and a half. it's possible, but it takes running the installer 3 times before it finaly agrees to uninstall the cooked version and install the new one. My suggestion- Either cook in a good working version or don't cook it in at all (installing it manualy is no big deal, you know, it doesn't HAVE to be cooked in).

2. Volume levels- (Well, that's for all the chefs, but since I mainly use your Roms for the passed while I say it here). Whats the point of leaving the Headset volume levels at default (-13.5Db)? I don't get it. Anyone using a hedset/analog car audio cable/analog home audio cable to listen to music with his Omnia Changes the value to 0Db right after he flashes to a new rom version, so why not just cook these values in as default instead of having to put in the volume settings code every time? I think it makes sense.

3. Not only in your Rom, but virtualy on any new version I checked, Chome Editor is next to useless, due to the bug which prevents users from adding pages. So I think either fix it or just not cook it in. What's the point of having an app cooked in which doesn't work anyway? just remove it to save some ram.

These are my suggestions to improve your already brilliant roms. I adore your work m8. you are DA MAN! ;-)

Ok i installed 28005 M2D and the first impression is great i love this rom thanks Nicklashidegard

but there are very small problems in case of solving them this rom will be KING of ROMS.... now list of problems i have:

1-finger keyboard skins doesn't change properly (black ice for example) or it has some problem with skins also word completion doesn't work correctly with finger keyboard is there any way to fix this problem?

Solution of first part of my question number 1: install fingerkeyboard 2.1 then remove it and again install this will fix skin issues but word completion remains the same it doesn't work!!!

2-how can i make vito sms chat as a default application in m2d (i changed the registry when i had classic rom with spb mobile shell but now in m2d it doesn't work)

3-why office is removed? is there any problem with that? better application around there?

4-google maps 3.2.1 released

5-i don know why but after refreshing the m2d for example opening application and close it in one instance m2d clock(not toolbar clock) showing time about one hour late i mean if time is 21:20 it shows 20:20 then after 1-2 seconds it automatically back to 21:20

6-weather in first page doesn't work in m2d i mean that in weather section i choose the city and it worked and showed me the weather but it doesn't show in home !! why?

as far as i know you can't add exe file program tab you can add installed applications as a shortcut!

that's not a problem, it's just the way manilla is.. either u can live with it or u can use another interface (u can install m2d v1 in titanium rom for instance)

i think weather should work like in all other roms. u have to tap on first page to update weather. it will ask u if you agree with the location and u must say "yes". tap again if the first time doesn't work

nick is really a awesome chef (the best atm in my opinion) and we should thank to him for all is work. the roms he is doing now are just fine, i may say even perfect... and imo they HAVEN'T real problems

no of course it doesn't as i said in my post i really appreciate his work and i really want to have his rom on my phone if i suggest or disagree or bla bla bla it shows that i want to use his rom, if i won't i just let this rom and i will go for another but first impression of this rom is very good and i decide to stay with this rom... (hope you understand my english, may be it comes from my english but never ever i won't say this rom is bad or this rom is good who am i? cooker? expert? none of them just ordinary user (end user) that wana help by suggestion and bug report... thats all :D you all are my friends as all of you have i900 omnia :(

I am able to leave with anything if i know there isn't anyway to fix that thing or make it better if you say so then ok, i will imagine that incoming sms is written not in 20:20 as in my example but 21:20 that's really easy.

in my case as i am unlucky guy it doesn't! in weather tab everything is ok but in home tab weather doesn't work i tap on it then update but it writes no update data available Now it worked after pressing about 10 times .... now I'm lucky ;)

hi, first of all again thank you for great rom and please read my previous post (my answer to jmsmartin's post)

i use finger keyboard 2.1 (but i don know where i got it) if you want i can send it to you... probably they are the same but in process of cooking some files corrupted and make that issue with skins ...

you can stop trying to add .exe in program tab but you can try to do that in another way for example make softkey of that exe file (I'm not sure how to do that but i know there have to be a way) any way let experts answer...

Great rom nice apps

I have one issue though. I use spr3 and s2u2 and for som reason when the phone stays inactive for some time it completely locks and I need to reset.

is there a reg edit in the HIDE16 theme that I can change cause I use SPB shell and by default it gives me a blue theme that cannot be changed unless I change the HIDE16 to another theme

it happened to me also but i don't know what i have done and now it's working i mean it is active i can turn it on and off, try to enable wifi by favorite settings!
