Guest jms2367 Posted January 4, 2010 Report Posted January 4, 2010 Happy new year to everyone!! I'm back from a LOOONG break and ready to go again :) . Just testing 28205 and it seem to be running well but i've got a few issues to sort out (not build related) so i'll hopefully have a fresh rom ready in a few days. I'm thinking of not doin any more lite builds (only FloTanium and FloTanium Lite), it's very time consuming to do 5+ different builds and there are a lot of excellent new chefs about that do the Lite rom (prolly beter ;) )... that's sad news for us titanium users. i really like the stuff you cook into yoir rom and i find no issues with it...
Guest ...angel... Posted January 4, 2010 Report Posted January 4, 2010 (edited) Try this one :) (might not work, let me know) Thanks sir nick! ^^, waiting for your 28205 build.. =p I wish you could cook a 28205 titanium build ;) Edited January 4, 2010 by ...angel...

Guest jms2367 Posted January 5, 2010 Report Posted January 5, 2010 i have been using nick's build 28014 classic titanium rom for a couple of days now. so far so good. however, sometimes mms opens very slow. and just earlier, the phone froze on me while opening an mms. will the sms fix solve this problem or is there any other solution?
Guest jms2367 Posted January 5, 2010 Report Posted January 5, 2010 how's your experience with the battery life of build 28014? i'm noticing that it goes down quite fast on me. it may be because i've also been doing registry tweaks and restarting the phone a little bit too often. i will observe a little longer. updated my mms to 1.0.0.75. hope that solves the freezing of my mms messages.

Welcome Back Nicklas! And Happy New year to you too. About your roms, let me ask you to make a Classic Titanium Lite Version besides the Flotanium, I feel the Classic one a little more stable and looks like more "battery saver" (sorry for my english). And both are the most popular of your roms. Thanks for all your work!

And both are the most popular of your roms. Thanks for all your work! I will consider a Classic titanium Lite version as there seem to be a lot of ppl asking for it.. As for battery life i was surprised how good the 28014 is... Over xmas and new year period i only sent/received around 3-4 txt per day and very few phone calls (using the "fat" FloTanium)... Full charge on Xmas eve (24th) and i charged again on 2nd jan (that's 9 days) and the battery showed 40% still. Normal usage i get 2-3 days with a bit of playing around with it (as you do). Using internet really drains battery (especially using skyfire) and i'm lucky to get 1 day with heavy internet usage. B) Hopefully i'll have 28205 up soon (today or tomorrow) but unfortunately due to complaints from m$ :) most roms i've uploaded to 4shared has been taken down so i'm back to uploading to Mediafire, sorry about that!!

Guest Nicklashidegard Posted January 5, 2010 Report Posted January 5, 2010 I've added 28205 Classic to first post. I've not flashed it myself but it "should" work ok, please let me know and please post screenshots if you don't mind :) .. Free storage mem i've calculated to around 135-140mb but i forgot to delete the "old" Microsoft MyPhone so nect release will have an extra mb or 2 B)
Guest sandrc Posted January 5, 2010 Report Posted January 5, 2010 Is there going to be an ultra lite? 28011 and 14 had the sleep bug and also hung when sending messages. Thank you for your efforts!
Guest dan77net Posted January 5, 2010 Report Posted January 5, 2010 (edited) Thank you for new rom. I'll try instantly! Edited January 5, 2010 by dan77net

Guest Nicklashidegard Posted January 5, 2010 Report Posted January 5, 2010 (edited) How's the program memory sir nick? ^^, I'll guess around 55-60mb free after flash/reset but i've not flashed it. Anyone can help me with Memory figures?? EDIT: After a bit more testing there's defo a major issue with missed calls.. For some reason they don't show up (worked earlier on but now they don't work, not even in Inesoft..) Edited January 5, 2010 by Nicklashidegard

If only I can help you... but I'm afraid to flash a ROM now... Few hours ago I flashed to someone's custom ROM (I was trying to have a very fast ROM for my omnia that's why I flashed that cooked ROM) and I was afraid that after the successful flash,("job done") my omnia was stuck to the samsung omnia screen...luckily I was able to flash it back to my previous ROM. Maybe when someone can give me the memory figures of your ROM then I'd be encouraged to flash again.. X_X Edited January 5, 2010 by ...angel...
Guest Nicklashidegard Posted January 5, 2010 Report Posted January 5, 2010 Ok, to sort this missed call problem, i'm uploading and cooking a 23620 build which seems a bit better (slightly older but it seem to work better and is just as fast).. B) . FloTanium uploading and the Lite version will follow :)
Guest terius Posted January 5, 2010 Report Posted January 5, 2010 Nick boths files are corrupt man, love your roms

Guest drgasp Posted January 5, 2010 Report Posted January 5, 2010 sorry fpr my english, but the new rom 28205 is corrupted!!
Guest Michelle My Belle Posted January 5, 2010 Report Posted January 5, 2010 (edited) 23620 successfully downloaded and successfully decompressed using winrar (77.1Mb - after decompressing). The exe seems to run okay but I have not attempted to use it on my Omnia yet... What problems are people having: Decompressing the .rar? Using the decompressed exe? Thanks. MMB. Guest Sb. Posted January 5, 2010 Report Posted January 5, 2010 Sh*t dude no more Neo! Looks like Neo's gone, no one's cooking it in anymore. Can you post up your cab as yours seems to have opera and office working in it.
Guest jms2367 Posted January 6, 2010 Report Posted January 6, 2010 how's 23620 as compared to 28014 build? currently using the classic rom of 28014 and everything is working perfectly. thinking of trying out 23620 but i want to gather some feedback first.
Guest jms2367 Posted January 6, 2010 Report Posted January 6, 2010 (edited) downloaded both 28205 and 23620 without problems. tried running the exe files and both are ok. but i haven't flashed one yet.. ooops. edit: only the 23620 file runs ok. 28205 is corrupt. both downloaded from mediafire. EDIT: 4 shared mirror added to first post. I won't be re-upping 28205, i can't see any advantages so i'm binning it!!! B) Edited January 6, 2010 by Nicklashidegard
