Please Help Me Rom Building

I Read The Building Roms For Dummies and I have got all the programs and all the requirements to make a rom. But im confused, when i put Os.nb to BuildRom.exe cmd. or which ever it is. no NewRom.bin pops up. Im about to Blow Up! Or Pull a gun out and shoot myself in the head.

I Just Need A 1 Minute Lesson. Whats the diffrerent between PDA.Bin and PHONE.bin.

And Which folder is suppose to be where my apps and programs go into my Rom?
