Guest mario.omnia Posted August 10, 2009 Report Share Posted August 10, 2009 Hi all, currently I have an i900 Omnia, with current versions of software: PDA: i900XXHJ4/PNHJ1 PHONE: i900XXH and I'm thinking about upgrading to: DXID1_23007_Z1LiteBlack which looks very slick...and hopefully it is stable enough... Please advise me on this upgrade...is my phone capable for ROM upgrade...(probably it is but it is better to ask) My phone is now unlocked...and I want to know will it remain unlocked after the upgrade.... (the phone is bought in Slovenia and I'm living in Croatia) BTW Can you also post some experiences with the mentioned ROM (DXID1_23007_Z1LiteBlack)....as to how the camera is working....battery life...stability....and things like that... This will be my first ROM upgrade of my Omnia....but I'm not a total newbie to things like this....just the first time for i900. If you reply...Thank you for your time and knowledge... I've posted some questions but still no answers... But I'm overall happy with the 6.5 ROM... When I get better in ROM flashing I think I'll be able to put any ROM in the phone... I think that the guys in the service shop wont notice the difference in ROM version...but no one knows for sure... Guest D3v1L Posted August 19, 2009 Report Share Posted August 19, 2009 (edited) I found the solution, i got the PNHJ1 rom, OMNIA SLOVENIA, and for PDA you can use Incorrect Software Version with Regedit, that should bring your phone to preconfigured mode. Only problem would be if you brick your phone or if there is hardware malfunction.... I use WM6.5 by Ryrzy M2D, It very fast and stable, and TouchFlo is nice :D The only thing that bothers me is that Video Call is not working...
