No sound with 2nd incoming call..

i wonder if it's just me or does anyone else have this problem.

when i'm talking on the phone and another incoming call comes in,

there's no ringtone, no sound, no alert, nothing.

just the usual number of the caller but silence.

it actually defeats the purpose of call waiting

if you don't even know there's another call coming in right?

Anyone can help me on this?

oh i c. so it's a common problem then.

cos i did a hard reset n there was a tone but wayyyyy tooooo soft.

then after all the installation of programs and some tweaking,

the tone was gone again. sigh..

looks like we'll jus have to wait..

I do hear an incoming tone when I'm on the line, including incoming emails and SMS'es, but it is SUPER soft as CJ mentioned, you need to be in a near total quiet room to hear it. Most times I can't hear it if I'm outside.
