Omnia 2 not coming to US in August

It is in Oct but I have no plan of getting it soon and very likely will get the Omnia HD after knowing that a few good GPS nav sw will work fine with it. Just might be missing several good winmo apps and games.

The fourteen countries that will see the launch of the Samsung Omnia II during A-U-G-U-S-T are: Philippines, Thailand, Netherlands, Turkey, UAE, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Nigeria, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Chile, Colombia, and Australia!<br /><br />Hmmmm, cant confirm that. aah, sorry, I get it of course- I was just thinking about Europe and as the Netherlands are on the list... sorry, selfish me :D

OMNIA II also got great GPS nav software. Garmin Mobile XT is running perfectly on it.

dont know yet until confirming the same apps and games are working on Omnia HD but that will take awhile. But so far seeing the youtube demos of it vs. iphone is believing and very good feedback from reviewers and users (screen visibility under sunlight, responsive capacity screen, better looking and faster S60 than winmo 6.1 or even 6.5 particularly in multitasking power, two big speakers with HD recording and of course the upcoming Ovi apps store while ms is SLOOOOW to do anything good except the 6.5 but highly doubt it)
