RunGPS doesn´t work

RunGPS haven´t signal GPS. What could it be the problem?

Works for me with default settings , look at gps settings if windows managed is checked. (my setting are xtra enable and windows managed ,

software port 7 , hardware 9 4800 baud (default) ) .
