I have folder.jpg in just about all my album folders but only 3 or 4 are displayed. Does anyone know why that could be?

You need to add the photo to your song id tag, a folder.jpg in your album folders won't made the album cover appear.

Add Artist - Album name.jpg into the tagged mp3 album folder.
