I have an HTC Touch HD running WM6.1 CE OS 5.2.20764.1.4.3 It collects my mail all the time and on the home screen, the unread mail icon shows unread mail as they come in. When I connect it to my PC I usually launch my email client which removes my mail from the server. My phone has recently hiccuped and shows 3 unread messages despite nothing being in the inbox. Guest goosegog Posted August 25, 2009 Report Share Posted August 25, 2009 OK sussed it. Move all emails in Outlook inbox to Archive folder. ActiveSync / Options, tick email. Sync. Untick, Job done. Returned emails to Outlook inbox Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
