You can store cache on sd already download ta utility from market, cache mate also is an easy way to clear them.

But is it any faster then the phone mem? If not, it ain't worth it to buy a sd card.

i am facing problem when mounting my SD card storage.

upon plug in to usb i select mount storage and i keep receiving "the process system had stopper unexpectedly.Pls try again."

using using MCR3 with app2sd.

A simple reboot solves alot of problems have you tried that. Or mounting sd in recovery.

You don't need to buy a sd card your phone should have one already, personally I have not noticed any difference In speed I never get lag I do have a decent sd card though and kill task all the time etc.

A2SD , is it worth it? I want to know if A2SD is a good step. And BTW the sd card included is a pretty slow one.

Ok, I just installed it on almost brand new Europe GSM HTC Hero and I have a few questions:

1. Why are google maps missing?
   
2. I can't see promised wifi tether, spare parts and voice search in my apps. How to use them?
   

P.S. Flashing from 2.73.xx stock rom REQUIRED wipe... otherwise the first boot ended in reboot loop.

EDIT: Oh, I just found those apps in data directory. Shouldn't they be installed automaticaly?

Did you wipe before or after flashing the ROM?

If you wipe after you will lose Google Maps as that sits in /data. Did you wipe before? I'm pretty sure that if you wipe then flash, it will work fine.

Think you paul for all this great rom !! I wanna to help a little, i have noticed 2 bugs (FC), one more anoying than the other.

I have joined the logcat if it can help =)

#1 : MENU => Settings => Locale & text => Touch Input => Text Input => Calibration tool ! FC!?!?

#2 : Home => Dev Tools => Development Settings FC !

(Exception browser : ok

Google Login Service : FC

GTalk service monitor : ok

Instrumentation : ok

Media Scanner : ok

Package Browser : ok

Prefered package : ok

Raw image Viewer : ok)

Can someone confirm this bugs on there device ??

I'm on the same versions as you but haven't experienced either of these issues.

After some test, the. #1 issue is due to better keyboard himself . So disabling it for the calibration solve the FC.

Thinks for helping. My touch reaction is a way better now.

I have a problem when I run the marked enabler (not included in the ROM) when its about to fake the provider (o2 from DE) the phone restarts itself.. anyone have expirienced this?

Oh my... I have the same problem!

When I try to fake the network provider, my phone restarts itself. This happens recently. I don't use MarketEnabler, just the scripts using GScript.

Boot into recovery, then go Other > Fix apk uid mismatches.

If you're on a PC :

ipconfig /flushdns

close your browser, clear your caches and then try again - it's a redirect/cache issue normally - I had this for ages until I forcibly cleared everything.
