Hi,

at present moment there is only few options for unlocking Omnia II.

1. buy unlock code but this does not work on some networks because they use more lock levels then NCK. Example is Bell Canada

2. unlock your phone with special hardware

3. unlock your phone via USB ONLY. At the moment there is only one service that can do this. See www.fastgsm.com for more.
