Text input O2 i8000

Hello there

anybody can help me out? on my O2 i8000, the block recognizer, letter recognizer and transcriber are not available. I know U have to go to input panel icon at the bottom of the screen, but the choices just aren't available, only the keyboard and Samsung keypad. I have the G1 version on my O2
