That is the patched v1.2 exe with the files from v2.0. It's the complete skin from v2, but the exe from v1.2 so that it will run. There has not been a cracked version release that I know of.

Is the patched .exe why we can't properly apply themes? I like being able to install just the bare bones, without Google Maps or the YouTube app. Maybe I should just track down the individual files on the web.

ohh ryt, does that mean that only the theme works but the flipclock and weather animations wont work?

Yeah, the themes should work, but flip clock and the weather clock won't work.

I didn't see anything there about a NON-HTC Patch. The only thing there is the v1.20 version hexed .exe, which does not have the stuff needed for the new M2D 2.0 interface. M2D v2.0 has not worked on the omnia yet, it's only 1.2 with a v2.0 skin.

on xda there IS a WQVGA version of 2.0 with some minor bugs but not 2.1

There is patched TF3d 2.0, there is not patched M2D 2.0.
