BW WM7 Black and Blue Windows Phone 6.5 ROM Final

Ok, so I have a problem... I'm hoping you can fix it....

Before I upgraded my ROM, I did a full backup with SPB Backup, and restored it after flashing my ROM to your Black Theme. Everything works well, except m.facebook.com locks up my phone completely, requiring a soft reset/battery removal to get out of it. Before the ROM flash, I had m.facebook.com set as my home page, and while it's not a huge issue for me to not be able to get to facebook since I have the facebook App as well, I'd like to know why it might cause this site to lock up because I'm sure others will be affected as well.

The other issues I have are these:

1. I apparently had an alarm set for 4:45am, and 7am when I did my backup, because even though neither of those alarm settings are in my list of alarms, my phone goes off at 4:45am and 7am every day of the week, regardless of how many alarms I shut off. Any idea how to access these old alarms and get rid of them?

2. I downloaded a ringtone for use as a Text Tone, and it saved the mp3 to "My Storage/My Ringtones"... I am unable to access this file from the Text Tone menu, and am wondering where to move the file to get it to be accessible.

3. You've made this thing too good... normally, I would just back up again, wipe it and try something else, because that's how I roll. =) But dude... every Omnia should come this way from the factory... I guess this isn't really an issue is it?

Restoring backups on these newer ROMs is not recommended. It causes issues. Please hard reset and don't use the back up to see if your issues go away.

2nd. I'm installing Garmin GPS, but the main Garmin icon can not be clicked. It only allows me to open it with parameters. Was there a program you took out that it might require? I've tried clicking the new link in my programs area and the link in File Explorer, but neither work. However I just tried clicking a file called like QuePPC in a few random folders in the Garmin folder and it pulled up fine. So I don't know haha

titanium fills my needs just fine though, so I doubt I'll move any time soon.

I see is there any way to change the route for the icon to the QuePPC icon I found that does work? Right now it's not easy to get it open using the random folder like 10 clicks away. Thanks for the help!

Use file explorer to put a shortcut in Windows/Start Menu/Programs. You can also remove the other icon.

EDIT: Urr I just remembered one more. The screen never turns off. After 15 seconds or so it dims, but that screen never fully turns black unless I press the power button. I've got into the habbit of pressing it, but when I forget it drains the battery pretty good. I went and look at the timings set for it to turn off and everything is enabled and set. I'm not sure why it doesn't turn all the way off.

Ok, any suggestions on saving text messages and contacts when installing a new ROM? I don't necessarily care about the software, as I can get it all again, but the backup was specifically for contacts and messages, and I lost the text messages anyway.

Use Microsoft MyPhone.

Look in the Windows folder.

Well when I hold down on the icon it just basically highlights it so I can drag it above the other icons. I don't get any options to rename anything. As to the screen I guess I'm sol lol... Not a clue!

You can't do that from the start menu. You have to do it from the explorer.

Sorry man I must be confused. I created a shortcut that placed the icon in the start menu. The icon however is labeled QuePPC which isn't a good one. Do I actually have to change to origional file name to be able to change the shortcut? Does this mean I must delete the other exe file to delete the shortcut? I was hoping to just remove the short cut and rename the other one. Thanks again.

I wanted to echo that thought. I've tried 2 in the past 12 hours and came back to your. Scrolling is smoothest. One rom had the wrong focus in long menus (on the background screen not the menu) so you could not scroll in a menu.
