while talking volume is too high everyone knows what i talk :S

However i cant change settings because audio controls apply button doesn't work

I am using SetVolume which has in call volume control.

 Touch response and responsiveness in general is AMAZING compared to any other ROM on my Omnia!!!

I've tried almost all the ROMs released so far...

in the last week i was tryin to figure out how to extract the touch responces and scrolling settings from that amazin rom to import into Official rom !!

Can't i find anyhelp ! it would be great to have those settings in everyrom availiable

BEST ROM ever.

to all the omnia holder, stop searching for rom 6.5 because this rom had it all.

speed, stability, battery life, and above all the screen sensitivity (from where did this rom have this sensitivity!!!!!)

till now not a single problem....

and for the UI u do not have to worry about not having the titanium or even the M2D because spb mobileshell, vito winterface and pointu are by far better and even more responsive with this rom, it is really fantastic.

KC i did not know how did u think about it to mix the omnia II with the omnia I but it seems that u got the perfect combination (till now :) ....), thank you and congratulations.

Hi all! This is a definitely great ROM, except for one annoying thing: Sometimes when I wake up the PDA by pressing one of the front buttons, it works perfectly... sometimes the screen just blinks for half a second and then goes black. The device responds but screen only lights up when I press the On/Off button.

Anyone knows a solution for this issue? Thanks in advance: Tom

Never had this bug, did you hard reset your device after flashing (at least twice)?

No need to re-flash, just hard reset at least twice.

Do you hard reset the entire device? Because then everything on My Storage will be deleted, right? That's why I never have hard reset before .. Maybe something I should consider.. I have the same bug, it's on every Rom nowadays.

I hard reset just the main memory.

It's optional to clear My Storage during the flash process. You have a checkbox for this.

So you have to same bug? Hmm... tonight I'm going to HR, reinstall everything and we'll se if it works... I'll tell you tomorrow...

Nice ROM, I just have 1 problem, and is that I don't get any sound alerts with screen off in Windows Live Messenger, so I just have to keep checking again and again to see if somebody messaged me. Vibrate works tho.

Well, my device was HR'ed 2 times, as it was recommended. No 'black screen" issue so far... Hope for the best, I keep on testing :)

I start a new thread for WM 6.1 users.

This ROM is very nice but it contains some unwanted extras like HTC Task Manager, Battery Indicator (looks nonstandard, gonna change it), and everything in the Tools app folder.

Αny chance by the great shef or another user, to add a detailed list with WHAT he kept & WHAT he removed?

For example, I've installed the XP shut-down and I've found THERE WAS a freeware similar program. Also, I've installed the Favorite Hack OMNIA and THERE WAS ALREADY installed...

I know, probably the shef's free time is short to make a list, but at least SOMEONE can...

Hi, I am using one of Khuanchai's GREAT UL_M2D_23016-21928_PP6 and read reviews of this WM6.1. I am use to 6.5 but like the stability of this ROM as the current installed ROM autokill my M2D when memory reaches 50%+.

what I need to know and whether it is possible is whether I/we can use the 6.5 lock screen as I hate the crappy 6.1 lock screen. Yes, i tried S2U2 but I like the simple lock/unlock screen.

its good but MY WAP never stabil i cant choice wap in connections its allways change to my work, I chane operator settings and wait 30sc and change back but its not solve this.

other roms allways give alarmwacher.exe or calllog.exe etc. eror. w6.5 roms had too bad menues. I cant find good 6.1 rom. this rom is better but wap settings has problem.

I will change my phone I thing but I like omnia. Any body know good rom which dont give alarmwacher.exe, calllog.exe cloknot.exe ext. eror

OMNIA is one of the TOP-5 BEST WinMo phones. Has nothing to do about stability/signal and such; it's all about Roms/radios. Generally, as much as you using a NON-"cooked" Rom, you have a "company-official" stability/signal, but you don't getting the best of your phone's abilities... You need to "flashing"... and "flashing"... and "flashing", to find out WHAT's the "best" (for you) Rom.

I own the OMNIA about 2-3 months and already I've test OVER 30-40 Roms and ALL the radios!!!

Now, here is MY choises for Roms:

Stable 6.1 Roms

I think, if you change the Region Settings, you wouldn't have problem to use a Hellenic ("Greek") Rom.

OMG!! looks great....since midomi is already ported to our i900, it should be possible to get all the other apps from Omnia II running on the Omnia, too!?

I like the new TouchCalender, the Dialer and all the other black skinned apps.... :)
