How can i sort my telephone book

Hello.

In my telephone book i have my contacts and my email contacts.

Is there some option that you can say only contacts? So NO email contacts.

The email contact has comming to i work with messenger!

Please help me...

Delete your messenger account by using the Switch ID under windows live. This will remove all e-mail contacts from your message book. Re-run Windows live messenger and put your account details in. When you set it up, it asks whether you want to sync your windows live contacts with your address book - so make sure you UNTICK that option then complete the wizard. That's it! No more e-mail addresses in your contacts :)
