i8000 works with VMWARE WORKSTATION

The PDA successfully wokrs with wmware(XPSP3) under linux, activesync etc.

Maybe firmware update works too correctely (finally! :-)

Importaint settings on PDA:

Start-Settings-General-USB Connection

ActiveSync ON

Enable advanced network functionality OFF

sorry bro i dont understand what you mean. im flashing firmware with XP SP3 and works fine... what do you mean vmware?

vmware is software that allows you to create many "virtual" machines on one host.

[Guest Meen]

It mean that If your computer was installed with Windows Vista or Windows 7, use VMware to emulate Windows XP on that OS.

(The ROM Downloader required Windows XP to run.)
