I just got my O2 and once I turn on the phone the voicemail indicator comes on. When I check my voicemail though, there is nothing there. I am using the T-mobile network if that makes a difference. Any help would be appreciated.

It seems that I have a similar issue. I don't get the voicemail indicator at all! I also use T-mobile and I never get a notification if I have a new voicemail. How do I turn this function on, it's frustrating to not be able to know when people call and leave messages. Thanks!!

I noticed that if I plug my sim card into a "T-Mobile" phone, the voicemail will pop up. There is something wrong with the phone itself. What firmware are you running?

It's the default Singapore version - G6 - I just can't seem to find a dedicated setting for the voicemail icon - it's frustrating! When I used the same T-Mobile sim card on a Sony Ericsson K750 I didn't have any issues with this function!

I fixed it by putting my sim into my old phone. When i put the sim into the old phone, the voicemail indicator came up and I checked the voicemail. There ended up being a message and I deleted it. Once i put the sim back into my omnia the notification never came back. It was like the voicemail was stuck on the sim but could only be accessed from the phone I was using when I got the message if that makes any sense. Weird, I know. Hope this helps!
