How to make shortcuts to original Samsung apps ??

Hey, does anybody know how to make shortcuts in the start menu to original samsung apps such as the wifi or bluetooth apps in settings?

i know we have a shortcut to settings, but a shortcut to the individual apps would be really neat for custom today plug-ins such as SPB MS3
