I'm using sector's 23047 UL rom. I installed the Showcase cab from xda. Reset. Changed reg to 12 and 1A hex values. Reset. No change to bottom bar. I can really notice it using the Samsung dialer as it has a vertical scroll bar it should not have. Thanks, Ron...
