Brand new but Open Box , not sealed

I got the phone from seller laurayang1978

it should be brand new

but the box was open, the seals were broken :) .

anyone got boxes like this ? is this normal ?

I asked them about that but they said that the "distributor" opens the boxes to put a 1 gb micro sd card in the phone.

I did not have the micro sd card :) .

anyone had the micro sd card in the phone or the box open ?

same over here... but couldn't find any signs of "being used/touched before", so I thing it's ok...

i have bought 2 i900s in the past, and i am pretty sure that the reason u got a open box just because they or the distrbutors have to unlock the phone first and maybe, just maybe, to change some stuff or add some more extra. as long as ur phone is brand new(check the data connector/charging port on the phone, should not have any dust in there), i dont think u should be worried about it too much. and always buy ur toys from a trusted retailer....... :)

Yup, me too. My box was opened, but it had a new sticker placed over the broken sticker. I didn't ask why to LauraYang but everything in the box was new.

The phone I bought was also similar to you. My seals were broken but were pasted with newer seals on top. But it comes with a 1 gb sd card with navifone GPS program.

if urs is a singapore set, the microsd card shld b in a separate holder

as for the seal.. all sets are sealed before delivering to the shops

all phones to be sold in singapore has to b in unlocked state due to the regulations over here
