Guest noodles222 Posted September 20, 2009 Report Share Posted September 20, 2009 HI all, samsung informed that omnia phones will get upgrade from 6.1 to 6.5.. well, there is nowhere written that I900 omnia will get official update but i hope that when they said OLD OMNIAS WILL GET 6.5 they also meant i900 omnia.. anyway, this is one of the articles i read just now - here There is a simillar article in my language (Slovak) where is also cleary stated that WM 6.5 will be on i900 phones but not in the same day that new phones will come up (6th OCTOBER i guess) but little bit later.. Anyway, its just an info.. i will better still use cooked roms cause you chefs are doing great jobs and these roms are far away better. sorry for my english.. Speaking on custom ROMs - why don't you try Sector's last one (Hephaistos) or Khuanchai's 23053? But I can tell u even more.. according to the official news (look here, Samsung plans official release of WinMo 6.5 for Omnia I900 that is coming soon (this October probably).
