The official 6.5 build is much older than the current cooked ROMs. Most of the ROMs we're seeing are currently heading toward the 6.5.1 release.

hi,

Another masterpiece of work....

In the 3.1 version after installing one of MG's Alpha cabs the menu "popups" went from double space to single space.

I liked the single space becase I did not have scroll as much to access the menu funtions in the "popup".

Is there a easy fix for this?

Thanks again for all the HARD Work

Great ROM again, BG! You really are the master of 6.5 ROMs.

Just a couple of things:

1 - I've searched for over an hour, and I can't find a CAB that will give me the plan white taskbar icons. Can someone point me int he right direction?

2 - How do I change the icons in neo? I hate Macintrash. How could I get the icons from the first neo theme?

Thanks

I was wondering if anyone was having this problem with their phones. It seems that I(we?) can't see all the items in the Marketplace. The reasoning i'm assuming is that our screen resolutions are low. I have seen pictures and videos of people using newer phones with higher resolution screens, and they have like twice as much apps in the Marketplace. I have seen Madden 10' on the Marketplace... I really want that but it doesn't show up on my(our?) Marketplace.

First, Thanks for a great ROM. I've only been flashing for a couple of weeks, but I've tried quite a few ROM's now. I liked 3.1 but went on to try a few others. When 3.2 came out I was happy to return.

I am admittedly a simple noob, but I can't figure out how to get my Notifications to display correctly with the standard Chome panel. I am using the Genix9_CMultiClock_0.6_WQVGA Cab as my start panel because I like the time, weather & next appointment feature. And I tried the Titanium Notification 2 Cab, but it didn't seem to display well with the CMultiClock, so I removed it. Now my standard Chome Panel only displays 1 icon (missed call), and doesn't display emails or text received, without scrolling. Ideally I hoped to find a full width notification bar that would work under the CMultiClock screen. Any ideas?

Edit- After installing the Alpha_3.2_New_Locking_Screen Cab and restarting the phone, the Chome Panel shows all 4 Icons, with notifications properly. Would still like to find a full width Panel for Notifications that works with CMultiClock.

Alpha 3.2 Locking Screen Cab is great, btw. Good work.

Cmanilamenu 5.1 working with Neo 2.0!

3990813384_1cc50d3e03_m.jpg

Ok, this was a pain in the ***.

First off this fix will somewhat change Neo 2.0 (functionally, not visually)

Now when you press on the screen it will go to the panel that is horizontally the same, instead of doing nothing. I personally like it better because i can run a panel item without having to press on the left icon, it's back to the way titanium used to be.

1. Install cmanilamenu5.1 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=537237 (notice only the first item is the only one that works and the condensed panel is messed up.

2. Unzip the attached cpr and copy it to \Windows\

3. Run chomeeditor

4. click exit in chomeeditor

5. That should do it

If you want to know what i changed in the cpr...

<TitaniumListView ID="HomeNav" Width="240" Height="348" Columns="1" Rows="100" ItemWidth="240" ItemHeight="39" Clip="False">

AND

<Layer ID="CManilamenuCondensed" Visible="False" Width="45" Height="39">

<!--Icon Image-->

<Image ID="Image" Left="2" Top="4" Width="31" Height="31" ScaleStyle="Stretch" Source="\Neo\Neo_Games.png" />

<Layer ID="Page">

PS. You may have to reinstall any panels that i don't have, not likely, but FYI.

So all tested and working great!

It could use some visual help, cpr gurus...it's all yours if you will!

That would be awesome - I am a BIG Vito fan as well! :)

+1 on the a reg edit where any sms call with launch vito sms-chat. I currently use the old :msinbox reg that I have, but it will only work with the older sms interfaces seams that anything newer like the new shell uses something else to call it. I use MS3.5 and it works but only if any outlook app is not already running in the background. Love sms-chat I hope bgill can find something out. bgill let me know if you need a copy of sms-chat to play with it. Thanks

all,

flashed to 3.2. enabled CGPS panel--turns on and gets a lock, but errors when i try turn off/close [via 'X CGPS'], "CGPSexit.exe An unexpected error has occured in CGPSSexit.exe. Select Quit then restart...File or Assembly name 'OpenNETCF, Version=2.2.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=....or one of its dependencies, was not found".

hardreset [incld. My storage format], no cabs shotgunned via XDA--issue persists. reflashed from bin--issue persists.

moreover, upon restart of phone, it's still On.

comments and suggestions are appreciated.

I have ran into that same issue with that same button "X CGPS" otherwise it works very well.

Any chance we can get the volume back with the numbers because when you remove the scrollbars the default volume control looks bad.

Has anyone tried to enable the WinMo 6.5 builtin Internet Calling (ie. VoIP/SIP)? I flipped HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Today/Items/Internet Calling/Enable but it resets to disabled on a soft reset. I was hoping to follow the directions here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=299950 . Is this something you cook out BGill? I do see at least some of the VoIP dlls in the windows directory.

There's a cab in Adryn's repo thread.

I must be blind but I can't find the thread you're referring to. Is it on MoDaCo?

good to know. i'll stop flashing, and hard-resetting.

how do you turn it off so it stops polling every 5 min? if the battery drain is miniscule than it's no biggie; unfortunately, i havent been in a situation where i've let it run constantly

UPDATE: after phone was fully charged, left alone overnight 8hrs--battery was basically 100%. then to check if GPS chip was warm due to CGPS ON, tried google map--instant lock. therefore, CGPS constantly ON consumes just a trickle of battery. the bug is not biggie :)

Ok, moved the items around so they look better

Just unzip the updated cpr and copy to \windows\

Make sure that you install cmanilamenu first
