Headset Jack ... just audio or voice as well ?

Hi,

Any one know what the 3.5 mm jack plug is ? Is it JUST audio or does it have a voice input too ?

i know it sounds like a strange question when you can use bluetooth but the reason i'm asking is that i have a communications system on my motorbike. i have a HTC phone at present and have an adapter from the USB port to 3.5mm jack plug to give audio (out) AND voice (IN). This allows me to connect the phone to a Autocom bike2bike/music/phone system.

Or can i get what i need from the microusb socket ?

1. Headphone

2. Headset (A.K.A small talk) -> The adapter that bundled in your box have microphone embed in it.
