I found registry entries in my Omnia 2 relating to R2VS.. searched around, there's a discussion on it for the i900.. not sure if R2VS is actually installed in the Omnia 2 or it's just left over entries.. tried installing the R2VS control panel from the i900 forums.. doesn't seem to change anything.. not sure if it is really compatible.. anyone knows if the feature is actually there?

The registry is in:

HKLM\Drivers\BuiltIn\WaveDev

It might be that these entries are for the touch player, with has several audio filters in it. WoWHD as well.

I do hope I got the correct function of R2Vs, if not :) just ignore me.

yeah, you got the function right.

if the entries are for touch player, was hoping if can let other music player access the same filters.. say S2P..

That is a Nice Idea, and it should be possible, provided that the regestry paths are the same as on other devices. If those are diffrent then you will need to make new reg key's where S2P is looking for them.

or possibly the other way round.. the driver looks for applications that are running in order to activate..
