Remove black borders using tv out to real full screen?

I am using my omnia I8000 with nokia tv out cable pluged to my car dvd, I inted to play video clips from my omnia to the dvd using tv out, but the problem is that the videos do not show in real full screen, there are black borders in the 4 limits of the screen. I remember that my nokia n95 was able to do real fulll screen using mp4 640x480 videos in real player( the player resized the videos to fit to all the screen). Isn't there a way to edit registry or player fuctions to be able to fill all the screen of the pioneer dvd p5000 lcd 7 inches with the video or tv out function and remove these boring black borders?

iam using also nokia n95 tv out cable in my 42 inch LCD tv and have no peoblem at all the vedio plays in full screen mod and its very clear :)

u can try it in other screen and see :D
