Guest raysacr Posted October 7, 2009 Report Posted October 7, 2009 Hi all, I'm new here, just recently migrated over from Howardforums since there seems to be more support for the i8000 over here. But I've had my phone for about a month now. Haven't done anything to it yet due to time constraints. But I was wondering if anyone can post instruction/settings on how to send and receives MMS on T-Mobile with this phone? I tried the T-Mo Wireless data configurator, but they don't have my phone. I tried looking at their instructions for the i900 but it doesn't work with the i8000. TIA.
Guest lv_88 Posted October 7, 2009 Report Posted October 7, 2009 Yeah! I would be interested in this as well since I'm on T-mobile too!

Guest Adew Posted October 9, 2009 Report Posted October 9, 2009 So there's a bunch of people that know how to make ROMS and all this registry edits, but absolutely no one knows how to configure the settings for MMS on T-Mobile?? How is anyone else receiving MMS???? I was in the same situation. I asked them to send me configurations for their latest HTC phone. Check T-mobile's website and ask them to send it to you.

Guest egrus Posted October 9, 2009 Report Posted October 9, 2009 Does the information here help? It seems that those settings are for the UK only - any one knows about the USA settings? Also, I would appreciate any input on my other problem regarding voicemail notification, I don't get it at all so I have to call my voicemail just to check if someone has left me any messages, it's kind of annoying that there isn't an icon to notify about new voicemails! Thanks.
Guest raysacr Posted October 10, 2009 Report Posted October 10, 2009 Here are details about my problem with setting up MMS. Go to Messaging>Options>MMS Options>New Profile MMS Profile: T-Mobile MMS MMSC: http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms ***Data Connection***: BLANK***** Gateway: WAP 2.0 IP Address: 216.155.165.050 Port: 8080 I found those settings for T-Mobile USA. The MAIN PROBLEM is that on the phone when I go to select the "Data Connection" it transfers me to blank list. Therefore, I CANNOT select anything for the "Data Connection," which results in me not being able to save the profile. I know for the Data Connection slot, I'm supposed to select something along the lines of: "GPRS" or "Internet"....nothing shows up for me to select anything. If anyone know what could possibly be wrong, please help. Thanks.
