Guest seidi666 Posted October 10, 2009 Report Posted October 10, 2009 does nobody use an other headset as the original??
Guest seidi666 Posted October 12, 2009 Report Posted October 12, 2009 please, somebody who have a headset with 3,5 pin jack, make a test, if it is completely functionally whith the Omnia2...At the tiime, i can give my omnia back if it is a hardware problem. help me please!!
Guest arisgigi Posted October 12, 2009 Report Posted October 12, 2009 I use on my omnia 2 a pair of headphones beyerdynamic (connected direclty in the 3.5 mm jack ) , the sound is just a liitle bit more lower than the original headset but this is probably becouse thay have a higher impedance than samsung headphones. But generally the sound is very good so yes you can connect another pair of headphones , if i understood your question .
Guest FerdiBorbon Posted October 12, 2009 Report Posted October 12, 2009 (edited) Ultimate Ears MetroFi 220 Earphones by Logitech FTW, good affordable price/quality i got over my stock headset, sounds way better! But i use the original Samsung ear pieces as the UE silicone plugs kinda hurts your ears after a while.. the Samsung Plugs do isolate outside noise well with these headsets... Highly recommended :) Actually u wanna get the 220v if u want it as the handsfree Edited October 13, 2009 by FerdiBorbon
Guest seidi666 Posted October 13, 2009 Report Posted October 13, 2009 Thats the Problem, I've testet a Lg and V-Moda Heatset whith 3.5mm jack, and the sound is very bad - and the handsfree dosn't run! It feels like you hear under water... If i make these headsets (lg,V-Moda) on an mp3 player, they are very good. The next thing is, if i make the original Samsung heatset on an mp3 player, it sounds like the LG and V-moda on the Omnia 2 -very bad! I think the poles of the 3,5mm jack from the Omnia2 have an onther configuration like the other, so if you want a Headset you must take a Samsung-produkt!??????

I know what you mean like when i plugged an iphone headset to my nokia n95...bad sounding underwater effect... hmm i dont know what your options are for a compatible headset for the O2...
Guest seidi666 Posted October 13, 2009 Report Posted October 13, 2009 i would like a great heatset like the UE triple fi 10 vi or the super.fi5vi... an headset whithout 2meter cabel or that big thing from Samsung, where you can change the inears, and turn the volume or start/end a call. I only want to take a regular Headset! The only thing i accept is a small adapter, on the on site a 3,5mm jack male whith samsung config and the other side a 3.5mm jack whith the regular config for a normally 3.5mm jack heatset... do you know what i mean!?

Guest pundravac Posted January 31, 2010 Report Posted January 31, 2010 Hi guys! I'm using Philips SHL 9500 headphones and conecting my phone to car radio trough aux. Sound is good but not loud enough, I check all settings, but can't get it louder. Some one have some idea how can get louder sound from i8000? Before O2, I used nokia 5800, and in car loudness is maximum on 2/3 of scale, and that is was very loud and sound quality is very good. I know that is another kind of phone but just wish to ask can it be some how achieved with i8000?
