Does anybody know how to change the DataManager icon ???? Its pissing me off

otherwise works like a charm

i replace this with original wireless manager and the icon is the old ..

go to windows and find settings_a.exe this is the Lite MANAGER

wrlsmgr.exe the old manger

to use lite manager as default from Settings..

rename this settings_a.exe to wrlsmgr.exe

I have and its awesome. It takes some time getting used to but when you do it is very fluid.

Use this reg setting..

HKLM>ControlPanel>WrlsMgr> Use a registery editor to add "Redirect" value, if the "Redirect" value already there edit the value data change it into this "\Windows\setting_a.exe" ;)

Well this is the cab i am using which was so kindley provided in post #501

The only thing i experience currently, is small gui the top border drops like 5pixels when you choose "Inbox"

Also when you are in the inbox you will see the last message received from them, not the last message you sent or received. (might need a bit of looking in too)

Also is that the "Menu" button contains some french stuff, so that should be translated also i think.

I will look in to this a bit more, when i get the CE editor working at home.

I hope this helps you guys a bit, i will take a bit of a look when i am off work.

The smart convertor does not work on the I910. ;)

On my phone the following apps are working:

Photo album (perfect)

Call log (perfect)

Phonebook (perfect)

Clock (had to copy tclock file to Windows folder to get the widget working properly, but the application works perfectly)

Callendar (perfect)

FM Radio (perfect)

Touch Player (i had to delete all the videos from the DCIM folder, than it worked perfectly)

Samsung Keyboard (not perfect but works fine)

The messaging application works with lots of bugs... it`s to slow to use it to manage the messages.. if someone manages to solve the problems with this app i would be glad.

Not all the widgets are working, and sometimes the Today screen freezes and I have to restart the phone.

I haven`t tested all the apps, but this are the results for the apps I mentioned.

I found a minor problem in omnia lite phonebook, no response when click on b.day / anniversary

Please try:

Phonebook >>> edit someone contact >>> add field >>> Birthday / Anniversary

I installed the following omnia lite program:

phonebook

call log

dailer

calendar

The apps are very good and most of them are working fine (on Sinan DXID1 UltraClean WM6.1 only the volume control doesn't even with the preinstalled original controller). However I use the Launcher posted in the first post, but there are apps which won't run if not the original is used. Do you know a way to remap the icons?

If you want to change default SMS app to jinbox you must edit registry key

how can I make TouchPlayer launch from the player widget on the today screen? I tried creating a shortcut in Windows folder, but still does not work.. how do I have to rename it?

I have the same problem as BW on the calender. You can't use the menu and you can't create new appointments. Seems to be an i910 problem :)

I'm having a similar Calender issue but on an i900 running Ryrzy's 28002 rom. Everything installs fine but the New Appointment button doesn't work, nor scrolling to any view other than Month.

I have an i910 and using lyrolite's rom. Do you think I need some sort of java installation or what do you think is not making my app come up. You get the windows color wheel but nothing pops up.

Here's what works without tweaking

Dialer, audionote, keyboard(but I also use swype), touch player( only if you are playing the song from file explorer.),

not working

phonebook,file manager, calendar, call log, data manager. All of these just show white background and windows color wheel like something is happening but nothing. Any ideas will be much appreciated.

After installing the Lite widget pack it cant be uninstalled properly using remove programs feature , is there some other way or do I just leave it there taking up space on my Omnia ?
