Enable Samsung default lock screen

Does anybody know how to enable the samsung default lock screen in secany's 6.5 rom?

I like the windows lock screen but i need the touch player buttons in the lock screen.

Yup, the Touchplayer was so useful in the lock screen

there is no files of samsung lockscreen in WM6.5 roms.

So, nothing to enable.

Hi,

i was also missing the samsung lock screen with the player.

So i made a mod for s2u2 to launch the samsung LockScreen.

This is an experimental package. i will not be responsible for any damage or loss of data

install procedure.

-desactivate the lock screen

-install s2u2 vga in device

-configure s2u2

-install the cab attached in device

-softreset.

To edit the screenlock

launch locksetup in your program menu

go to wake up lock

enable : Lock when device is woken up to enable the edit button

change the setting then click on done

then unable the lock when device is woken up then done

if you don't have the water drop backgound it means that something went wrong so download lock.zip on the next page and copy it to your windows folder

if you uninstall you will have to unintall s2u2 too and then reinstall s2u2 as i am overwritting some part of it

found why the cab was not working uploaded a new fixed version !!!

It works better as the default WM6.5 lockscreen, I already had S2U2 installed on my device, but this is even beter...

1 thing, I can't change the background, it is black, S2U2 is configured with another one, also the program in the start menu cannot be lauched

try to uninstall my cab and s2u2

then reinstall in device NOT in my storage or Storage card.

where did you get your phone's CSC? this is the same version as in Singapore's rom.

the problem is that touchplayer is not suitable for music playback. It scan all directories and mess files..

So, i still prefer TCPMP. May be it's lack of good interface, but i don't mind it since my omnia 2 is in pocket while playing and i don't have to look at it :)

Made your songs in proper ID tags and everything will be trouble free.

It is not just audio files that get indexed. Video clips are also indexed.

But getting rid of just audio is a good start. Can you give some examples please.?

How to make some media not show in the touchplayer list ??

did you install in device ?

did you remove the water_drop.jpg in\ my document\my pictures?

when i said configure s2u2 is setting the general and power cathegories of s2u2 to your liking . Don't change the other i don't know how it impact on samsung screenlock

ok the only way i manage to reproduce the bug is when there is some corruption in the nand memory.

the cab does not manage to overwrite the system file

the problem went away after a hard reset and eeprom reset

just to know is there some people who got it worked ?

Great screen lock, i am glad the audio control is back. i have the black background now, will play around with the wall paper setting.

When i press locksetup, appears the following message: Can't open the file "setting_l.exe" because it doesnt find it...

you can try to open it directly in the windows folder.

otherwise copy the content of the folowing zip into your windows folder and try the shortcut again
