Guest tekec Posted October 17, 2009 Report Share Posted October 17, 2009 Hi everyone, I tried to update my htc hero with the update from htc site. Everything was going normal, the phone restarted to the bootloader, and when the update software started to send the new rom XP showed the blue screen and my PC restarted. After that I was stuck at bootloader and what I did is removed the battery and place it again to turn off the phone. Then I turned on the phone and everything was normal and I tried again to update the rom. Again the update utility booted my phone to bootloader. After sometime with waiting for bootloader message on update utility, it shows error that the phone is not connected. I tried 3 times updating the rom with no success. What could be the problem?
