Guest Medved77
Start > Control Panel > Folder Options > View - untick 'hide protected operating system files (Recommended) I guess we're not supposed to be messing with that folder. Guest Neil5459
As a side question what file format are the ringtones? Thanks Ringtones can be MP3, MIDI or WMA and need to reside in My Documents/My Ringtones. Other notifications should preferably be in WAV format but can be MP3, though it's recommended that they are no bigger than 25KB; they should be stored in the Windows folder.
