Does anybody knows whether the Titanium today screen can be viewed in landscape mode?

This is what I get if I view it in landscape

Screen02-2.png

Any idea and suggestions how to solve it?

Thanks

Hi KSTAN, can you elaborate more on what sort of editing do you mean?

I've checked the Titanium_800x480.cpr. Seems to be nothing wrong with it.

I know Samsung does not use the Titanium_480x800.cpr for portrait mode, instead they use Splugins_480x800.cpr

But I cant find the Splugins for landscape version..

The problem is that Samsung made a change (I think it's just a reference to the files in the registry) so that the phone is not actually using Titanium_480x800.cpr, but rather SPlugins_480x800.cpr, which does not have a landscape version. However, I tried copying my SPlugins_480x800.cpr to SPlugins_800x480.cpr (I'm using gchris's titanium) and it gave a fully functioning version, although still optimized for portrait mode, so it must naturally be modified, possibly removing some tabs/plugins due to the decreased height.

I don't care much for a landscape home screen myself though, so I'm leaving it for someone else to create it. =)

I am surprised no one has released a fix for this. Titanium UI rocks it deserves to have working landscape. It works fine on every other WinMO device lol!

o well..

It has a working landscape. Post your titanium 800x480 file. I'll take a look at it. I would sometimes get that same screen glitch for no apparent reason, even on portrait. Rebooting fixed it. Haven't had it happen in forever. Still no idea what caused it.

You could also have an issue where you're using splugins instead of titanium, in which case there would be no 800x480 file designated. Check your registry at hklm\software\microsoft\chome. Check the cpr file key.
