Can you advise me best ROM for my needs

So folks, that's it :) Since you all have pretty much more knowledgeabout ROM versions, I wought i'd ask you guys if you can advise me the best ROM.

I need a ROM with:

-WM 6.5 (possibly official?)

-as least bugs, noticeable at everyday use, as possible

-good response

and without:

-Internet Explorer (wtf do cooks always include this s***?)

-any other bloatware

-unneccessary mods

I don't need any Manilla, or Titanium or anything as I will instal SPB shell and use that. Thanks!

please read those thread on Custom Roms here... and make decision yourself, please do not expect to be spoonfed....
