Guest lv_88 Posted October 22, 2009 Report Posted October 22, 2009 Check this theme out if you want stick to the "black theme" which comes by default: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=506584 This also solved the white text on white background, it all works :) It makes the O2 look awesome all over again! Like this theme a lot!

Like this theme a lot! I haven't got the Omina II yet. But I played with the devise quite a while in a store in Germany. I was quite confused about the black background, when I was editing an excel-file or a word-file. I changed the wallpaper to standard WM 6.5 theme and it was white again (as everybody is used to). However, I read often about the problem of white letters on white background (e.g. SKtools and other progs). This may be solved with the above theme from XDA-Dev. However, I wonder if when installing this black theme, how is the background on excel or word documents. Is it also black then (which would be horrible) ?

Guest skinnypupp Posted October 22, 2009 Report Posted October 22, 2009 Samsung's "Black" theme, like most of the software they made, sucks. I used this theme - it's technically QVGA but since you're presumably using TouchWiz or some other shell, it won't matter.
