Cab file can't be installed in Omnia II

I downloaded NFS Underground for Omnia II from rapidshare as "premium User. I copy it to Mystorage\Installer folder. But when I try to install the cab file a message will appear "There is no application associated with "Omnia_GT-I8000_NFS_Underground.cab".What's wrong? Cab are supposed to be ran in Omnia II. I tried power off and on my Omnia II but still the same error message.

You need to extract/unzip the file, the cab is inside.

It would be better to have post this in the NFS topic.
