I just dont get it why do all these ppl trying to make their phones look like htc or sense, i mean why the hell

did u buy samsung if u like htc so much.. duh..no offense..

anyway i am thinking about slider lock like s2u2 i think it is, well wondering would i be able to display owner info like now and get player control while

locked.... any advise??

also under files folder and then windows there are images of the slider lock parts like blank slider, red brick, lock unlock tabs and all that, then why are they not accessible see the 2nd pic

and check it out seems like slider lock is built into the phone but no access to it.

It's Samsung Lockscreen, not S2U2. You can find it in this forum.

Here is my current configuration. I am using TWU's JE1 ROM as the base. This is the fastest and best ROM for WM6.5.x that I have tried. I use Resco Contact Manager for all the main functions including SMS. It is super fast and the look is consistent. I retained the Samsung messaging app for use with MMS which is infrequent for me, S2U2 is my lockscreen. On the Today screen I have a combination of Resco Contact Manager plugin, SPB Weather plugin and iPhone Today plugin for program launching and notification icons at the bottom. Thumbcal is my calendar app - again it is super fast and has all the features that I need and it looks nice. I use the Samsung Touch Player for my music.

You need Resco Contact Manager and SPB Weather and iPhone today as main apps. ThumbCal recommended for calendar. Install the Resco Task Manager too if you want this. It is very fast.

On your today screen you need to enable Resco plugin, SPB Weather plugin and iPhone Today plugins in that order, top to bottom

You need to select the settings for Resco and SPB Weather plugins to look like the ones I have selected.

iphone today app (free) is attached

In Resco contact Mgr i selected the Black.VGA theme

My iphone today config files are attached - it is configured with correct height etc to look like I have on my screen - notification icons open the Resco apps if u click them

I have also attached the icons I use plus others. I have them installed to \My Storage\iPhoneToday\icons folder. you can put anywhere you like but you will need to update the attached icons.xml file to refer to the correct folder.

The theme I have installed is Ken Chan Android - attached

I recommend TWU2 JE1 WM6.5.x ROM. You can see that with this ROM I have over 80MB of RAM at startup. this is one of the reasons this config is so speedy.

I have mapped:

Button1 to SMS Inbox (Resco)

Button1 hold to Resco Task Manager

Phone button opens the Resco dialer

I use Resco Contact mgr to handle incoming calls (S2U2 unlocks if incoming call)
