Same here. the phone sees my network then disapears when I try to connect.

First of all, thanks for your hard work Waremike32. Have been using the ROM all afternoon, calls can be made and received OK.

The organization of the shortcuts of the built in aplications in the ROM is perfect. Wifi and Bluetooth working OK.

Fast, the change from NEO to M2D2 is smooth. Weather autoupdates on M2D2 Home tab OK.

Have noticed that there is a little difficulty to select the drop down taskbar.

On TitaniumWeather the option for the Weather widget returns "Error opening the shortcut or locating target filename"

The TitaniumRadar returns "An error ocurred on sub_main_app_start. Can't find Pinvoke DLL "HTCSensorSDK" Continue? Y/N.

Favorite Album don't show up on the Pictures tab, thats a known issue.

On the Programs Tab can't add several programs together, starts overwriting the one on the top, left corner.

Have to add Programs on random locations to be able to add several.

On text messages, older restored messages can be read, but selecting a new one brings a blank page.

Really like this ROM a lot, being able to change from NEO to M2D2 with TouchFlo detacher is great.

Please continue developing this ROM.

Thanks to everyone posting feedback and helping me test this rom.

Known M2D2 bugs for my roms are:

Photo tab not working

Frakked launcher, add your apps out of order (not sequentially across or down)

Also, Launcher is still qvga, not wqvga.

Missing wifi (not specific to m2d2, but you should toggle your wifi powersave, settings\system\power for fix)

For Neo, Radar errors are known issues.

@Chapster, what are you using to restore your contacts? I use PIMBackup and my contact pics restore fine.

Well, it's about 3:30 am here, and I'm way too buzzed to be using words like "sequentially", so I'll check in with everyone tomorrow (or later today as it were) :)

I'd prefer to just have vanilla titanium and M2D because commercial applications are starting to appear that support vanilla but don't work quite as well with Neo.

what backup and restore program are you using, i use PIM Backup and never had any problems.

Are you just using PIM for contact backup and restore because I have attempted to backup a complete backup like I have done for years but can not accomplish this.... I have attempted to backup email and text info with PIM Backup, Sprint Backup and SPB Backup and none can complete a clean backup but when I flash to other roms this issue doesnt exist, any suggestions because I really would like to continue using these roms...

I doubt my rom affects the camera in any way. You just took one crappy pic w/ your omnia, I've taken many. Adjust the settings to your liking, make sure your lens is clean, and use the flash in low light.

Microsoft ActiveSync. It restores all of my Contacts with pictures, Appointments, Bookmarks and Tasks

Before you flash this Rom, you need to set up a few things on your phone! In your Storage Card(not My Storage) you need to set up a folder called XDA_UC. In this folder you can put any .cabs files that you load to Device Memory, IE: Titanium Plugins, SRS WOW....etc. in that folder you need to create a a sub folder called SD, put any .cab files that you install to "My Storage" or your "Storage card". What XDA_UC will do is after you flash, And Soft Reset it will install those .cabs for you so you can just look at you phone and smile as all the work is done for you! Cabs that you put in the SD folder will need your attention as it will ask where you want them to be installed. When i set album to favorite it does not show up on the photo video tab in M2D unless im doing something wrong but so far thats the only thing wrong.

Man, that is a known issue of M2D2 with the new 6.5.1 builds on the Omnia.

Waremike32, please look over the new sms showing up blank. May be possible a cab fix?

As much as I have loved HartV's ROMs - I think that the changes in his life keep him too busy to work onthe bugs being reported to him. I was reading through this forum today, and saw this posting and likes the photos from your ROM - I think that I like the TouchFLO interface over the Titanium one (never can get the Titanium inferface to behave, and the WEATHER spp is always doing something crazy).

ROM today and installed it - and I am having all kinds of problems that maybe you have seen/fixed.

1) My DATA connection will not stay ON. I am constantly getting messages that my connection cannot be completed. Never had this problem with any other ROM. Any ideas?

2) I cannot get my WIFI to connect either to my home WIFI. I was just on it this AM with the last HartV ROM I had installed (his latest one 23071) but now that your ROM is on the phone - while it sees the WIFI - it refuses to connect to it (it is Secure WPA-PSK) and I am putting in the right key.

3) Cannot seem to get the GPS to connect either. Never had a problem with this on HartV's ROM either - I love the little tool he had as part of his ROM which had the rings with the satellites as colored dots - I had asked him for the CAB for it - but never got a response. Do you have a CAB for that app? I think it was called GpsViewer, the lauch icon was a blue folder with an orange right turn arrrow.

4) The PROGRAMS option (the last one on the TouchFlo screen), where you can add quick acccess to programs does not let you add your own (BROWSE for apps). Why is this?

Still playing/learning your ROM - and other than the 4x START MENU, I am liking what you have on here. I need to see if I can get the START MENU to be the 3x Hex panel...the 4x is just too hard to see/read.

I am liking the M2D2 home screen as of now. I have tried the Neo but it seems a bit touchy to move around and i personally cant get my fat fingers to do what i want.This so far is an awesome rom and i like the speed and smoothness of this rom. I added a few things such as the samsung keypad back,cause i seem to like it with my fat fingers and T9. Added a reg editor and did volume tweak for watching movies. Other than that i need to add some custom ringtones and pix for my friends and this rom will be perfect. No major issues so far as ppl have mentioned except the picture tab problem. Which doesnt break the deal. WiFi works fast and have never had any dropped calls or data issues. BT has a bit of static but i thinks its my old Plantronics 510 just gettin old. I like the addition of Facebook to the rom and to the Net tab in M2D2. Also Skyfire added. Programs all adjusted under start menu to correct folders. Nice work.

if you had a XDA_UC folder with any cabs you wanted installed after you install a rom, it would look in that folder and start installing them and then reboot, I am having the same issue you are after removing my XDA_UC folder and all the cabs. But I just do a soft reset and it boot right up.

yeah, it was my setup here at the house that was not letting me see network. wifi working good. but i did have an alarm issue, but am doing more test to see exactly what it is. when set to go off in ten minutes it worked fine, but if i set it to go off after a few hours it does not, anyone else have this problem.

Update: Looks like the blank SMS screens may be a random issue or the problem is on the sender.

Receive SMS from a different phone than the first time and now the SMS shows up OK.

So the problem was on the first sender phone.

I've been using your M2D2 ROM for the last week and really like it. I haven't tried the alarm, so I can't comment on that, but I think I've got a related problem. I use Photo Contacts Pro to control my phone profiles. I have it set to go to "flight mode" at 9:00 pm and back to "phone on mode" at 6:00am. With your ROM the phone will go to "flight mode" at night right on time, but it doesn't wake up in the morning. As soon as I hit a front button anytime after 6:00am it goes to your green lock screen and I hear the phone connecting to the network, but never until I wake it up. I hope this helps you find the bug. Thanks.
