if you are trying to use the sdparted utility you have the wrong syntax. try running this in adb shell:

sdparted --upgradefs extN

where N is the ext version 2, 3 or 4.

Yep it's because you have ext4, no worries though it should have restored the ROM area!

Nope, unfortunately it does not boot until the end.

The Hero screen does raise, both Android figures are animated, change to the HTC screen and then it stops and goes back to the Hero screen ... on lasting boot loop.

I have to pull the battery to exit the loop.

By pressing "Home" and "on/off" I can enter the RA image.

;) logcat is going on and on .. due to the steady reboot

Yes but you should be able to see what it prints just before the reboot loop.... ;-)

And it won´t let me do a restore. (by applying to the Nand restore in the RA image I get this note: "Error : run ´nandroid-mobile.sh restore´via adb!)

Can I force a restore via console and adb? If yes please provide me the commands.

... Airborners help themself, solved it by factory reset.

Honestly I don't see what all this has to do with the 1.91 update...

Really weird that the update did all this to your phone...(Maybe when you removed battery in reboot loop, something got corrupted...)

I don´t know what it is, due to I am no geek.

I flashed RA 1.5.2 meanwhile, and tried to install 1.91. Now it´s the same problem, on lasting boot loop but with the difference that the phone is more responsive (even in loop modus ;)), means its loop frequency is way faster.

I´ve installed the v1.91. Works very fine with 128MB, but I can´t set frequencies with SetCPU 1.4.2, it´s always at 528MHz by default in all governors.
